Clairol Professional Beautiful Collection Semi-Permanent Hair Color

I have used this color for years. Don’t tell anybody. Because I wasn’t ready to come out the closet with my gray hair. I usually put it on with my conditioner so that the last step is just washing it out with the conditioner blow it out whatever you do roll your hair up, but it’s great. You only need to leave it in, but I leave my info for about 20 minutes. Put the cap on and it doesn’t stain your towels. You just throw the towel in the washing machine comes out great.

You need to have your on disposable gloves, it’s a little messy. BUT I am saving a TON of money and bottom line that is important to me. I love how my hair looks and feels and it lasts just as long as when I got it done in a salon. It’s not permanent so it just fades away with no damage to your hair. It is so worth the effort I will continue to use!

I was soooo excited for this product. All the reviews were great but I’m thinking the black formula might not be there best. I bought the 20D Black and followed the instructions on the bottle for application. I may have left it a few mins longer than suggested. When I rinsed it off it was like I never did a thing to it, it was pretty messy being that your hair is supposed to be damp to use it. I won’t be using this again, but I can’t be too upset since it’s really cheap on the price point.

It covers my grays... I'm glad I only have to rinse it out and not shampoo it out. It varies how long it last...for me I put different products in my hair, so that can cause the color to leave. It's not supposed to have a lot of strong chemicals, so the timing between when I do a touch up is like every 2 weeks as for any other ones I'll do every 4 weeks.

The black did not come out black on my brown hair. I applied the product as instructed and let it set for 40 minutes. I washed it out and it only left my hair an ashy dark brown when i was excited for a black color.

I bleached my hair and dyed it red without knowing just how hard hard it can be get red out, but this completely got rid of the red and it faded into a lighter brown with some blonde at the tips

Do not buy this product, waste of money! Did not cover any of my Grey hairs, even though I tried it twice thinking I didn't leave it on long enough. Very disappointed!

Didn't do anything. Didn't even cover my white hair. Waste of money.

I followed instructions and this product did not cover my grey hair at all.
