The worst part of doing my own gel nails is getting it off but this works! It used to take 45 minutes of soaking and filing to take my polish off and these peeled off in ten minutes! I had a little more trouble with my right hand because in a few places the polish had gone past the peel off coat but once that area was free the rest of the nail peeled up no problem. So much better than using acetone and feels much less damaging than my usual scraping to remove the gel. I had this color on my nails for 4 days and they didn't chip or feel different at all, i thought for sure it wouldn't work because they felt so sturdy and normal. The only downside to the product is the top coast is very sticky and thick. I didn't like it and ended up just using my normal topcoat but the peel off base was definitely worth it alone. I even used glitter because it is such a hassle to remove and i thought of anything is going to not work with the product its glitter but it came off absolutely no problem.

After years of damage to my natural nails I’ve been trying to rehab them back to health so I went cold turkey with all the dip powder, gel polish even regular polish. Now that they are some what back to normal I wanted to paint them however I hate using regular nail polish. I take the time to polish and then they chip the next day, so annoying. I wanted to try gel polish but didnt want to ruin my nails again (I have super sensitive, thin brittle nails) so I thought maybe a peel off base coat would help.I decided to try the peel off base coat on 2 of my nails just to be safe. After 2 days I peeled it off and my nails has minimal damage. The top coat however was super thick! Made my nails look unnaturally thick and lumpy, maybe I got an old one.

This product didn't work so well for me. I applied a thin layer and cured for 30s per the directions before applying beetles brand gel polish. The polish seemed to pull away from the peelable basecoat. When I tried to remove, it didn't peel off as easily as expected after 2 weeks of wear. Before attempting to remove I did a 10 minute warm water soak. I guess it came up okay on the bottom part of my nails but found it to be a lot more challenging on the nail tips. My nails are also peeling and damaged after using this product. I'll give it another try using 2 coats of peelable basecoat to see if it helps.

This is a peel off base, but it works too well. My nails immediately fall off!! I've experimented with putting a small dab in the middle and using very little but nothing helps. Literally I open a door and all the nail polish pops off.

Overall I am very happy with this base/topcoat. I can get about 6-7 days of wear out of my gel manicure with this, with absolutely no chipping or peeling. If I’m really careful and wear gloves while washing dishes or cleaning the house I can get it to last a little longer. But 6-7 days to me is perfect because after about a week it’s starting to grow out and I’m ready for a color change anyway. Obviously a regular gel base coat would last much longer but being able to just peel the polish off when I’m ready to remove it is so much faster and healthier for my nails...no soaking in harsh acetone or filing away the top layer of my nails making them thin and brittle. This is especially convenient when using a glitter polish which is such a pain to remove normally, but with this it just peels right off in one piece! FYI: the instructions on the bottle say to put this on as a top coat and don’t mention anything about using it as a base but the online instructions do...in order for it to work properly and to get the peel off effect, you must use it as the base and top coat. I do rough up the surface of my nails slightly with a medium grit nail file to help the base coat adhere better and last longer.

I purposely purchased this product because of the peel off feature. Sadly, it does not peel off so easily, which could be good for those who like to keep their polish on. But, I like peeling them off a few days after painting them...yes, I’m that person. But this damaged my nails like regular gel polish would when peeling them off.

I love gel nails but hate the soak off removal process. I learned about peel off base coats but most of them weren’t curable under a UV/LED lamp and I didn’t want to wait for air drying.This one cures under a lamp and lets me peel off my gel manicure easily.Some TIPS on getting it to last: Definitely buff your nails so there is no more shine on them. Buff the sides and tips well too. Then swipe them with alcohol or acetone to get them bone dry. Then use the thinnest layer possible of the Murron gel peel off base coat. Cure for 30 seconds or more. Apply your gel color and top coat as normal.With this method my nails are lasting like normal gel and have going strong for a week now without chipping or lifting. I peeled one off just to make sure it was still easily peelable and it successfully peeled without damage to my nail.A+ product.

Love love love the basecoat. The top coat gives a lovely shine and is no-wipe, but dear god is it goopy as all heck. I had to file down the peaks from where it hadnt settled before curing. I bought gel coat thinner to fix this, because it's annoying as heck when it's otherwise a great set!!!
