much better then expected
This unit is a replacement for my old gt-185hd unit, lets just say that they have truly upped their game and this unit rocks. The increase in responsiveness is just on par with the (to be left unnamed) much more expensive units. Battery free pen is definitely a plus compared to the older pens.I've only had it for a little while and have not gotten it completely setup for all of my programs, but the fact that you can set the hotkeys for different programmes sets this right up there. Might not have a use for my hotkey remote anymore.I have this mounted to a amazon ergo arm (like the prior unit) and it it just fits my space perfect. If i had the space I would have gone for the 22 inch model.Although I do not uses this every single day it is definitely a large part of my creative path, I airbrush but compose my artwork on the tablet prior to painting. sketchbook pro, Corel, and other programs seem to work correctly right from the start.only one small complaint and that would not be the products fault the shipping was a little rough on it and one corner has a small ding on it but what can you expect going across the globe, the box had a hole in it covered in shipping tape

Great investment
I bought this product for my husband on a black Friday sale to replace his old Wacom Cintiq 21 UX. He is very happy with it so here is his review.Pressure sensitivityI had some disappointing experiences with non Wacom products in the past. They would claim high pressure sensitivity levels in the specs but in actual use they would fall short especial on the low end of pressure curve. The initial activation force needed to start registering the stroke was too high, making light sketching impossible. The pen that comes with this product does not suffer from these problems. It boasts 8192 levels of pen pressure sensitivity and feels very good, transitions when shading or controlling line thickens feel very smooth and natural. Pen provides a truly great feel.Pen positioningLaminated screen removes the gap between lcd matrix and actual surface that the pen tip touches when drawing making it feel more precise than non laminated screen on my old Wacom Cintiq 21UX. Positioning is most precise in the center of the screen with very small offset at the very edges (not enough to bother me or interfere with clicking on tiny icons). When drawing at normal speed I did not notice any jittering in the lines, but there was some waviness when doing very slow strokes. The waviness is minimal and I only noticed it when doing deliberate slow tests. I did not notice any fishhooks or any other artifacts when lifting the pen of the screen very quickly.Picture qualityOut of the box the colors were badly balanced, but after some quick adjustments with the buttons on the top of the monitor, the image was very good. Resolution is 1920 by 1080 pixels and the image looks very nice when viewed from various angles and normal viewing distance for a monitor of that size, however when leaning very close to the monitor as I do when I draw there is a noticeable lack of sharpens. This is not due to the lack of quality but just a simple realty of how that many pixels look when viewed on a larger screen, especially compared to a high density screens such as the ones on smartphones. The penPen works without battery and feels good in the hand (it is very light). It has two buttons on the side. Functions of this buttons can be changed in the drivers settings. There is no eraser on the top. It does support pen tilt but as I very rarely use that function, I don't have much to say about it other than it worked fine on the few brushes I have set up for it.ExtrasThere are 8 buttons and a touch strip on each side of the monitor. I find them very useful and they are easy to customize. I like using the touch strip to change the size of the brush when drawing. The stand of the monitor has a button on the top that needs to be pressed to adjust the angle of the screen. The stand does not allow for the pivoting of the monitor, you can not put it in vertical position for instance, but that is a minor thing that I did not mind very much. The monitor came with all the necessary cables and I was happy that they are actually separate cables instead a custom 3 in one cable (power, HDMI and USB) like my old tablet monitor. This makes them easy to replace if something goes wrong in the future without needing to order pricey replacements (I move the monitor on the table a lot and cables can get pinched and damaged). There was a doughnut shaped pen stand in the box with extra pen nibs and little nib remover ring inside. The pend stand allows for vertical or horizontal positioning of the pen. Vertical positioned pen stands firmly in the stand but in horizontal position it tends to easily fall of.There was also a little artist glove in the box. The glow is not necessarily needed as this is not a touchscreen so there are no palm rejection problems but it is a nice touch and provides some extra protection from smudges. There was no disc with the drivers in the box, but instead you download them from Huion website. Drivers installed with no problems (on my win 10 PC). They offer all the functionality you would expect, customization of pen buttons, express keys, pressure sensitivity curve and work area customization. I had no problems setting up Kamvas pro 20 to work properly with my second monitor. By default cursor was not matching up with the pen as the work area was set up to use both of my monitors but few clicks in the driver menus corrected that easily. All in all I am extremely pleased with Kamvas pro 20 (2019) . I think it is a great value for the money. I have only drawn 14 pictures on it so far so I can not attest to its longevity but I hope it will last a long time. The 19.5 inch screen does provide a much more comfortable work area than 16 inch tablet displays. This was a good buy.

My first Drawing monitor!!
Great fun to use, easy to setup.Received all the necessary accessories to do so. (VGA, usb, power cable). I am using my own display to hdmi cable instead of the VGA though. I can use the tablet & my pc standalone without turning on my monitor though, it is a little more energy efficient with the monitor off. Nice :).Wouldn't mind a 32" tablet next.

ok for a starter tablet but has some issues
Does the work, the screen has good colors, and the set up is easy, installing drivers was very straightforward and no issues there, but the surface fells a bit too smooth and the pen tip get stuck in the pen at some points causing unwanted vibrations and scratching sound on light strokes and causing the pressure sensitivity to not be as smooth as it should be.The buttons also need some bumps to be able to tell their positions better and to be on a shorter run, the express buttons are spread too wide due to the slide bar, would be better to maybe have the slide bar on top or bottom and all button a bit smaller but closer together so your hand does not need to slide all the way up and downit is a good size and screen and gets the job done and most of the stuff you can get used to it, but next time I would probably save a bit more and avoid the brand

Wish it worked with my iMac 24” M1
This device works on a Windows laptop, unfortunately that is not the device it was purchased to work with. I have a 2021 24” M1 iMac and no matter what connection I try the device does not work with an iMac. Maybe the manufacturer needs to talk to Apple and find out what the issue is because it just doesn’t seem to want to work with the iMac I have. Right now I have two options; either buy a windows laptop or return this device and find another manufacturer that makes a product that works with the new 2021 iMac! The third option is to tell everyone about how this device just seems to not work with Apple.

Great tablet and worth every penny.
The screen is a bit smaller than I'm used to (coming from the KAMVAS 221-v2) but while drawing it seems to have the perfect amount of space for my tools and workspace; whereas the 22 inch versions have almost too much workspace. The screen is much more vivid than the 221-v2 and the colors and brightness pop! I love how vibrant this display is. The driver for the screen took a bit to find, and I'm so happy that they fixed a number of the issues that the old ones had.All-in-all, I highly recommend this for beginners and experts alike.Do yourself a big favor and get Amazon's extended 4 year warranty. I did this time to save myself from having to rebuy this tablet when it breaks.
