The wood kickers on our bathroom and kitchen cabinets were damaged and ugly. I wanted a cheap and easy solution, but I knew painting them wouldn't be ideal since it would be lumpy and would not be an easy-to-clean surface. So this stick-on vinyl roll was the right choice. It's nice and thin so can be applied on top. It was super easy to cut to fit with an exacto knife - I trimmed it down to 3.5 inches thick, removing the beveled edge since there was no glue on that edge and I didn't like the look of it anyway. Applying it was as simple as it gets: At first I applied it over a nail that was hammered in, so seemed smooth enough, but it create a ripple, so I was able to pull the vinyl off, remove the nail, then stick it back on without damaging it. So it's nice that it's somewhat forgiving if you make a mistake. My only complaint is that it doesn't create the most straight edge. If your wall is slightly lumpy, it will ripple a bit, so you can't be super OCD with this product.Pros:- good price- peal-n-stick easy install- easy to cut with exacto knife- can pull off and re-apply if you make a mistake (goopy glue)- smooth easy to clean finish- thin, so can be applied on-top of previous kick boardCons:- glue not applied evenly and doesn't go all the way to the edges- creates ripple effect when covering uneven surfaceIn conclusion, it's a cheap easy fix. Not perfect, but I'm satisfied because it is better than before and gives a clean smooth look, and served the exact purpose that I needed it for.

It’s hard to work with but if you take the time it works and comes out nice. You need two people to put it up I softened the strip by iron it under a damp towel for a few minutes. When warmed and softened up it was easier to put up. To make it stick better to the wall I used extra adhesive as the adhesive on the strip is not strong enough.

Exactly what I needed for my bathroom remodel. Easy to use & no messy caulking to add to the back as it come w/adhesive already on the backs. Just peel & stick!!

Works!! Installed in a laundry room and bath due to the areas are moisture common areas. It adhere really good and has stayed put since no real extra work with this vinyl wall base. Laid it out first to gain flatness then placed on wall at base. SIMPLE!

If I could give this product ZERO stars I would. If your not a professional, I suggest to stay clear. I have tried everything to get this to stick to the wall. First, this product was shipped to me via USPS, so when the carrier left it in the metal mailbox bank, all the glue was everywhere! I was able to clean it up from the front with Goo Gone but now there is no glue left on the back to adhere to wall. Since I've tried everything possible in the last 3 HOURS to get to stay on the wall, it's trash now. I won't be able to return it as it has already been cut to size. I"m so disappointed in this product. I ordered from M-D before and had to return because it was so rippled, it wouldn't lay flat. I thought I just got a bad batch. But no, this box was even worse. I will never purchase from this vendor again. By the way, I have been doing my own tile and cove base for years, so this isn't my first rodeo!

Nice product reasonably priced

After two weeks , the adhesive came undone and separated from the wall, just not strong enuf to stay in place with the humidity in the bathroom. Otherwise, if they can figure this out, the product would be well accepted.

Product arrived with the backing paper missing on half the roll. Since I only needed a small amount I tried to use it. I found out the only place that had glue on it was the middle which left top and bottom lose from the wall. The whole roll was a sticky mess even Goo Gone could not remove.

Not sure if it was old stock or not, but it was completely unusable. Your supposed to unroll the product and leave it at room temp for 24 hours to let it flatten. Well, it’s been about two weeks and it’s still not flat. I can’t use it. Waste of time and money.
