More like Extreme Wing Concentrate...
This stuff is awesome.I followed the recommendations from Ashley Foods "This wing sauce possesses heat from Hell for the wildest heat-freak, but can be tempered for more civilized folk by mixing it with any favorite sauce or marinade."I mixed it with Frank's and it's delicious. I mixed about 2 parts Frank's to 1 part Mad Dog. The next time I mixed about 3 to 1 and the last time I mixed 1 to 1. I would let them marinade overnight. Each time they were delicious. I would make up a whole batch and I would only get to eat about two or three before everyone else snatched them up.I've only tried them with this sauce on the grill. The first time they were on a Coleman griddle type grill. Every time we would close the lid and open it back up we ended up coughing from breathing in the sauce. I thought they would be unbearable, but they turned out great. The next two times, I cooked them on just a regular grill surface and I think a lot of the sauce burned off but they were still really spicy. The nice thing about cooking them on the grill was that they turned out really crispy.I bought 8 more bottles of this stuff. I'm going to try a baked and fried recipe to see how they turn out. I'm also going to try different dilutions and possibly all by itself.I highly recommend this sauce to anyone that likes spicy wings. I would start off by mixing it with your favorite wing sauce first. It's definitely potent.

One of my favorites
Great hot sauce on eggs and pizza, just a few dabs and you're good to go.

One of the best hot sauces I've ever had
Huy Fong Sriracha may be the standard for hot sauce flavor, but as a serious chilihead, I'm never satisfied with its relatively-mild burn. Until now, I've always just added a few drops of other sauces to my Rooster sauce, but I could never get it hot enough without changing the flavor too much. Mad Dog's Reaper sriracha offers the best of both worlds - excellent flavor and thick texture that's very similar to Huy Fong's sauce, but with the brutal heat of a superhot! Not the hottest sauce I've ever had, but it's pretty close to the original Dave's Insanity Sauce. However, unlike Dave's, there isn't that strong capsaicin extract taste - just the tangy, sweet goodness of sriracha with a hint of Carolina Reapers. It does carry a slightly higher price tag than similar sauces, but you get what you pay for, and considering the heat level, the average chilihead should get a decent number of doses out of it.For those who aren't complete masochists, I recommend getting yourself a bottle of regular sriracha as well. Whenever you're looking to kick it up, I'd mix maybe one part Reaper with three parts Rooster for a heat that bites back, but isn't unbearable.

Flavorful, decent heat
Pretty good, would recommend to most people that have a little tolerance and want a rush. I was expecting it to be hotter, but I'm quite desensitized by normal standards. I went through the bottle much too fast though. It tastes very yummy relative to others I've tried that are close on the heat spectrum. Definitely worth trying.

Delicious heat, a couple drops is all that’s needed to kick things up a notch.
The flavor of this hot sauce keeps bringing me back. I’ve ordered three bottles to date. I’ve tried many hot sauces over the years, this one is hands down my favorite hot sauce. I scored it a little lower in giftability because it’s hotter than what most people would enjoy. The sriracha aspect isn’t over the top and sets it up for enjoyable heat and flavor.

Very good taste, but not "Carolina Reaper" hot
This sauce has a really good taste to it, but if you're you expecting something really hot, you'll be disappointed.Does it taste like Sriracha? Yes. Does it taste like the peppers inside it? Yes. Does it deserve the title "Reaper" Sriracha? Not really. Look at the ingredients, the Carolina Reaper is listed 6th, after a bunch of other peppers and sriracha ingredients. It tastes good, but I feel like the product is very misleading in its marketing. I suppose the description of death wearing a hooded cloak behind you after consuming one drop of this sauce would be appropriate if this is marketed towards basic white girls who like, totally love like sriracha and spicy like food.I still have to give this five stars, because it's still a delicious sauce. I ran out of this very quickly, since sriracha flavor is a "put this on anything" kind of sauce: eggs, pizza, burgers, pasta, soup, burritos. If you're looking up "Carolina Reaper hot sauce" because you're some masochist who wants to try a "Carolina Reaper" hot sauce, look elsewhere. If you want a really good tasting condiment, this is a pretty solid choice.

Mildly hot
This product has a great flavor and heat level. I have a high heat tolerance and managed to go through half the bottle in 1 night, so for me it was a solid 4.5/10 in terms of heat. It reminds me a lot of the "super spicy" wings restaurants serve you eg. Triple atomic at Quaker Steak and lube. Great to mix in with a mayonaise mix for some spice for sandwiches and whatever else you put mayo on. In terms of flavor, nothing is overwhelming and there's no nasty aftertaste. Will be ordering the 250k sku shortly.
