Brica Elite goPad Diaper Changer

I bought this for my second child, and we absolutely love it. The first time around I had just a little folded piece of plastic basically, but this has padding, is long, has the disposable diaper sacks in an incredibly convenient place and they're easy to use, and compartments for diapers and wipes so everything is all neatly placed and easy to access in one place. The build seems a little large/bulky for some people, but if you think about the quality of it, what it does and what it holds, it's so beyond worth it. It fits in our diaper backpack easily, and would have also easily fit in our diaper bag. I love pulling it out and holding onto the velcro piece, giving my wrist a little snap and the whole thing just rolls right open into place with everything I need.

I have used changing pads for about 6years now and am about to have another baby, so this will be used for another few years at least. I love this changer! It is plenty big to change a bigger toddler, slightly padded (so any surface is comfy for baby), and the material is soft and still easy to clean. I love how it folds up for on the go & the neutral color plus pretty stitching are perfect for both me and hubby. I have 2 in diapers and 4 that need wipes regularly. I can store at least 3 size 4 or 5 diapers as well as up to 6 size 2's and still have a bit of room for a small wipes case... I just carry an attatched soft wipes case (bought seperately) on the holder thing. Because between 4 munchkins, ni matter how long or short the outing, you will ALWAYS need wipes. Yes it is bulky.. It would never fit in my bulky purse.. It would fit in my diape bag but leave little room to spare. The fact is, the things i need to carry take up space. Period. This is a terrificly efficient way of doing it. No more searching around for essentials, no more oops I forgot to refill on diapes. And this isn't a worthless thin and skinny piece of useless junk that fits into everything but does nothing well. I am very VERY careful about spending and even so, this was money well spent. I love this diaper changer and have stopped carrying my huge diaper bag because this changer holds all my diaper needs and fits perfectly in my medium size tote bag. I usually have 3 size 1 diapers inside (it could probably fit up to 5), a hard case wipes container, an extra outfit, socks, pack of pacifier wipes, and hand sanitizer. As some other reviewers have mentioned, it's nice that the pockets are not zippered because if allows for easy access and somehow has more give to stuff things inside. At first I was nervous about my things falling out but that has not happened yet and because it all folds up so neatly, everything is pretty secure. The changing pad itself is very nicely cushioned and easy to wipe off stains. I really like that it can be zipped off too. It's so nice to know that my baby is cushioned well and on a clean pad when I'm doing a change in public restrooms. Overall, I love just about everything about this diaper changer because it has made my life easier with a small infant, and my husband likes it too! I've gotten many compliments on it from friends who now thinks I'm really organized (LOL). Anyway, I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel that it is a bit bulky when folded up, even though the outer material (cover) is very nice. I still recommend it to anyone looking for a more convenient way of carrying your diaper needs.

I bought this after using the Skip Hop Pronto! Changing Station for 6 months. I prefer this design for a few reasons:Pros:-The outer shell of this clutch is made of a firm material that keeps it's shape, even when it's empty. I carry mine inside a Petunia Pickle Bottom Sashay Satchel and I like that it helps keep the shape of my diaper bag, but also that it doesn't turn into a big burrito if you choose to use it with a soft wipes case.-I like the elastic pouches for holding diapers as opposed to zippers. Faster to load/unload, and you don't have to worry about catching and shredding a diaper in the zipper. The mesh also allows you to see how many diapers you have without having to unzip.-The baggie dispenser is nice, but you can also use it to hold a small tube of diaper cream instead.-This folds and unfolds faster than the Pronto! The pad is about the same size, but the shape of this one is a little smarter.-All surfaces are easy to clean. The pad has nice cushion to it.-My husband grabs this is he's taking the baby out since it's nice and gender neutral. I grab it if I'm running a short errand.-My Skip Hop started to fall apart after a while. The Brica is more durable.Cons:-I does not come with it's own wipes case. A standard hard sided travel wipes case is a little too bulky if you want to carry 4 size three diapers like I do. I use a soft sided wipes case (by Okkatots) and I think it fits better.-The strap on this is too short for me to use as a wrist strap. You could attache it to your stroller because it has a nice clip, but I've never used it in that way.

This mat is perfect for keeping handy when you don't want to carry a large diaper bag with you. It easily holds a travel case of wipes and up to maybe 6 diapers, depending on size. I love the built-in diaper disposal bag dispenser - that may be the best feature! The refill rolls are easy to find at almost any store that carries baby products. The changing surface is very roomy without being excessive, accomodating either my newborn or my 2 year old easily. It is a wider than other mats I have used, making it cover restroom changing tables more completely, yet it still folds up to a fairly compact size. The fact that the changing surface zips off makes it easy to keep clean. It even has extra padding where baby's head rests. The strap attaches easily to a stroller or can just be used as a handle. I've used a lot of changing mats for my five kids, and this is definitely the best I've found.
