This bed is lovely, sturdy and good quality. The space and storage you gain in a small room is surprisingly so much more than first thought! The bed took approx 6 weeks to arrive, my husband chose to build it himself (he is not a diy person) took him the weekend, the instructions are poor and trying to check boxes for what should be in them isn’t an easy task, fortunately all was as it should. My 6 year old loves the pink and white bed! Talking to the seller and getting a response was good ! The only massive disappointment we had was the delivery couriers ( they give you a time a few days before , and then you hear nothing ) our delivery was between 5.30 and 8.30 but didn’t get a reminder or confirmation on day and although they arrived only 5 mins late at 8.35 ( i was convinced they weren’t coming) we ordered the better quality mattress that you pay £60 when delivered ( make sure you check the depth) the courier was telling me it was the better quality mattress and at one point said if I didn’t pay he would take back to van! (Wanting me to pay for the mattress that comes free with it) after a lot of apparent confusion and calls to their boss they realised they were incorrect ! As for the mattress you get with the bunk bed it was better than I expected so saved £60 (check the mattress depth yourself as one 8cm and the other 16 ! Over all other than the men that delivered the bed, happy with it

This was a fantastic bed which my daughter really loves. It has plenty of storage space. I had requested for the bed to be fitted on deliver which saved me time and hassle of doing it myself. The item was delivered before expected date as a delivery slot became available and before Christmas, which was a bonus. Communication from the seller to confirm delivery and fitting was great. I also ordered the thicker mattress which was a good choice and is very comfortable.Only few minor negative points:1. The very bottom step drawer does not seem to have a base going all the way from front to back. There is just a small piece of wood at front and back with nothing in the middle meaning if you put anything on there it would just site on the floor. Not sure why they decided to cut short here unless it's not supposed to be like this. Will confirm with seller.2. Whilst the fitters were nice and done a good job they could have cleaned up a little after themselves. We have to get rid of the packaging ourselves but it would be nice if they put all the waste in one pile once complete rather than just leaving it everywhere.3. The bed was put together nicely except for some adjustments I had to make myself. Some of the drawers has to be adjusted to give a cleaner finishing looks. I guess thats the difference between getting someone to do it and doing it yourself. Overall I guess it was a good job done.

This bed has been a absolute nightmare to put together. There may as well have not put instructions in for what use they were. There was diagrams in the instructions that showed you which pieces to use by numbers. When getting the pieces out the box none had numbers so had to try and work out which bit went where. The screws etc bags were all over and didn’t explain which bag to use when so again another guess.The end product does look good and my little boy dies like it but for all the hours and stress putting together for the money I spent on it, I would definitely shop around before purchasing this item again.

My kids love these beds. I got 2, and with 12 boxes per bed I was a little overwhelmed. The instructions were straight forward enough, graphics could have been magnified more but that's probably the novice DIYer in me. Took me about 6 hours to build each bed, all pieces were there but the boxes came mixed and not labeled. After sorting the pieces (desk+drawers+shelf, wardrobe+shelves, stairs+fronts and the bed frame) it was fairly straight forward. Needs 2 people for the bed frame and the wood is solid and heavy. The bags with the clips and screws were mixed to so lots to sort through but I did it and I'm so happy with them. Masses of storage, their rooms look bigger with less clutter as its hidden in the stairs.I added some 'L' brackets to the stairs to counter the slight wobble they had but I am very pleased with the whole set. The bed frames are solid with no wobbles at all. My kids are 11 (4ft 6) and 13 (5ft 7). Fits them well.

Bought this for my 5 year old daughter and she absolutely loves her new bed!!!Very solid and sturdy unit and looks fantastic.My only negative is that it arrives in 12 heavy boxes and I had no idea which one to open first to get instructions. Also each part is not labelled so bit over-whelming trying to find each part. A little numbered sticker would have been ideal. And it does take a while to assemble. If you can pay for assembly then I would.However all in all very pleased with product and have since ordered a 2nd bed for my son.

Pretty good quality, I’m a carpenter so it took me around 3.5 hrs to fit togetherIt’s a shame that its not all in a gloss finish. This is the only thing that lets it down.My 6 year old loves it

I went for a black and white version for my kid's room.It is a lovely set with plenty of storage. High sleeper is very sturdy and a barrier makes the bed safe.The mattress was excellent.The only negatives were a few scratches on the rail and barrier from the manufacturing/painting process but not a big deal for me.If I were to improve the set I would add an optional cloths rail for the wardrobe.

2 ft 6 bed and mattress. 3 ft slats. Then told they don’t make a 3 ft bed. Had to cut to fit myself so my son had a bed that night.
