horrible customer service!
I ordered these glasses for my work. They never arrived at all, but I got billed for them. Now I have to waste time jumping through hoops trying get them or my money back. I was supposed to get a pair of regular sunglasses, but I never got them either, yet Amazon charged me for both. Now they want ME to have to deal with the sellers whose products never arrived! That stinks!

Almost Worthless !!!!!
The CM-SG20 are almost worthless !!!!! The resolution is EXTREMELY poor and the built quality is worse then theEXTREMELY poor resolution ! These glasses are made of extremely CHEAP PLASTIC and they feel so cheapthey feel like they can fall apart when you just pick them up.I've owned the CM-SG20 for many months now, and I can tell you as a fact with these cheaply made glassesyou are more than likely to not capture what ever it is your trying to film !!!!!!The cam is on the right side of the glasses and no matter what you are looking at "unless it is GIGANTIC"it will not show up in the video,in other words it won't be captured on film !What ever your looking at is not being filmed, THE ONLY THING BEING FILMED IS TO THEFAR RIGHT SIDE OF WHAT YOUR ACTUALLY LOOKING AT !!!!!!!!I'm telling you, it is ridiculous and very impractical to try and use these glasses to film anything important !YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT IS BEING CAPTURED UNTIL YOU REVIEW THE VIDEO, and by thenyou will find out that you missed maybe 90 to 100 % of what you where trying to capture !I've used these glasses for a total of maybe 150 to 200 hours within the last year or so and they arealmost worthless, unless you are right in someones face and you are trying to only film their face, you are more than likely going to miss what ever your trying to capture !I use a Lawmate 1000 Touch with these glasses, so I am using the correct recorder for the glasses.Matter of fact I am using the top of the line recorder from Lawmate for these glasses and the picture quality is stillvery poor. But even if the picture quality was great, what difference would it make if you can't capture what your looking at ?My understanding is these glasses are made by Lawmate and I BELIEVE Lawmate is theworst company I have ever done business with !They have what I believe to be the worst customer service on planet earth !So if these cheaply made almost worthless glasses ever have to be sent to Lawmate for warranty serviceLOL I feel sorry for you !The reason why I say this "to make a very very very long story short" is because my $750 Lawmate 1000 Touchdied on me within Lawmates warranty period, and I had to fight and hassle with them for at LEAST FOUR MONTHSbefore I received a replacement, and in the mean time, they refused to give me a refund or any other consideration !No matter how I look at it,these glasses should not cost more than $50.It seems like Lawmate makes some very very very low quality products and then charges a mint for what everthey sell. Not to mention the worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!
