The IR Lucky Charm Rand Spray Skirt has a new "fin" style rand.Like all rand-style skirts, this model tends to be harder to get on a rim than a bungee skirt, but is an excellent choice for kayakers who are either concerned with skirt implosion, and/or who are very hard on skirts.
