The Scofield® Study Bible III, NIV

Best 38 dollars I've spent in a long time if not ever. Super soft binding, awsome paper quality, constructed like a $200 premium Bible. Awesome detailed maps for vividly clear study. I have a older Scofield jkv Bible so I thought I'd give this NIV a chance. Hope you find this review helpful and you get what you're seeking in God's word.

I am pleased with my new Bible. The print is reasonably large, and the pages have adequate thickness. From the product description online, I couldn't tell whether or not the pages were edged in gold leaf. I was happy to discover that they were (gold leaf). The advertiser ought to specify this clearly in the product description. I was also happy with the 'thumbprint' indexing - saves me from the hassle of installing my own index tabs. And the words of Jesus Christ are in Red color (yay!). The footnotes are helpful and not overwhelming ( my past Bible had some pages with only 1/4 text and 3/4 'study notes ', which I found annoying ). I am very, very happy that I chose this Bible.

Love this Bible, any Bible really- this one was just what I was looking for. Great size to study with, easy to ready, red letters, tab index, subject references. Packaged in shrink wrap, boxed and in Amazon box. Nothing but the best.

Great way to understand the bible! Has boxes within the bibles that go into detail about certain stories and characters in the bible. Wonderful first time bible reader

Te Scofield Study Bible is very easy to read and the price is amazingly low compared to other similar bible studies.Pros: Very good references, Good quality materials, thumb index, the price, the commentaries, concordance and maps, Is the perfect bible for teaching or references and the words of Jesus in the NT are red plus few other extras.Cons; I found like 3 pages that were slightly bigger on the corners but you can trim those pages and it will fix the problem.I gave 5 stars to the Scofield Bible because is a good quality bible and the price is amazingly low. I have a KJV but NIV Scofield bible is better to read and understand.

My dog ate/chewed my other Scofield. I got this one to replace it. Love the notes and extras that this study bible offers.

Fantastic Bible! The only thing that would make it better would be if the print was darker. I'd have ordered the large print if id known how small the print is. I just assumed it would be the same as my other Bibles, but the print is smaller than my other ones.

The selling line lists this bible as "Leather Bound." The product description lists this bible as "Bonded Leather." If you are expecting a "genuine leather" bible... this is not the item for you. The life span of a bonded leather bible is much much shorter than one that is genuine leather.

This bible is beautiful. When I open It I feel like it's really special . Nice leather cover, presentation pages , ...I would highly recommend

God's Word is always excellent, but along with that this also has lots of study notes and cross references along with a lot of topical articles, charts and various complimentary lists.

Great Study Bible and well made , it will last you a lifetime
