Easy to convert
My grandson did the work and said it was easy to convert my old brakes to disc brakes with this kit. Made a noticeable difference and was very happy with the price and timely delivery.

At least I was rid of the junk drum brakes
The kit was very easy to install. The manufacturer DID indicate that it would not work for stock Honda Rincon 650 wheels. So.....I bought it anyway. The mounting bracket for the caliper rubs on the inside of my rim. I ordered one inch wheel spacers to eliminate the problem. I am still having problems getting the brake hoses secured so they do not contact the wheels on sharp turns. The brakes will not throw you over the handlebars but are not bad. Overall it is a good kit. It is a bit pricey but it is precisely manufactured. I recommend this kit over the original drum brakes.

Good overall
Works really good once installed, but hard to install. First you have to take apart the entire brake system. Then pound out the wheel studs which haven’t been moved in 20 years, then bleed the system. Makes matters worse when the manufacturer forgets to put threads on one of the holes, but I work at a fabrication shop so wasn’t hard to fix.

the kit was quick and easy to install
the kit was quick and easy to install. after reading reviews I knew what to do with the routing of the brake lines so that was easy too. Once complete I took it for a ride. the brakes were worse than what I was upgrading from. I bled the brakes till I was blue in the face and no change. I ordered a new master cylinder and bled the brakes several times and went through alot of brake fluid bleeding them again, and again, and again. still no brakes. one thing I noticed is that the piston in the calipers retract way too far when you let go of the brake lever. there is no deflection in the brake lines but I am replacing them anyway with braided stainless steel. If I find that is was something other than the kit (which I doubt at this point) I will update my review. As of now I wish I would have spent the extra money on another kit with better calipers.
