Brought these to replace aging plastic containers and am happy I did. Will be purchasing more. Dishwasher safe for quick easy cleaning. The lids are a good tight fit even with liquids in they dont leak. Solid chunk of glass. We use them to both store all our left over food and also for heating in the microwave. Excellent value for money.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This is my second order of these storage containers (i wanted more of them). They are so useful; easy to clean, have air tight lids, can be kept in the fridge or freezer, and can go in the microwave. They also look good.Meal prep:We use the smaller glass containers for overnight oats and the larger for either freezing batch cooking, or lunches.

I saw the reviews about the bad lids before I bought it, and i thought they're only rare cases. Turns out this product is a scam. Most of the lids don't close, they pop up no matter how you try. When I checked the latest reviews - everyone has the same problem.Honestly I can't wrap my head around this - Amazon Basics, it's like the official brand of Amazon right? Selling this kind of faulty and scammy products to a large number of people, seriously? It's a total waste of time, money, and a damage to the brand's reputation. I don't know what's the point - maybe if someone decides to spare themselves the trouble to return the product, the company could profit from it? Or maybe it's used to boost Amazon's sales record during Prime day or so? Either way, this is a terrible experience of using Amazon and buying Amazon's products.

Excellent purchase. Glass is solid, the lids clip on easily, and are secure. A wide range of sizes helps with my meal prep and keeping things fresh for longer.

Very pleased with the quality of the glass and the lids which are made of robust materials. I am currently replacing my plastic containers for glass due to the plastic containers that I have becoming badly stained after constant use something that will not happen with glass.

These are good and a good size for meal portions, however some of my kids won’t stay closed on the dishes and just keep popping off. This is a shame as now we have some that can’t be used anywhere other then at home.
