I got the shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner is so hard to get out of the bottle and this is like water. Not sure I got the real deal. The scent is not for me. I do like that it does not leave a residue on my hair. It a was referred to me by a friend with great hair.

Creates lots of suds and my hair feels clean. It comes out of the container very quickly so you have to be careful you don't get too much. you only need a very small amount to create suds. It would work better if it came with a pump! Not sure why the company doesn't provide this for these larger bottles of both shampoo and conditioner.

I have been using this shampoo (and the matching conditioner) for over 6 months now, and I have to say I've never loved another product more. It was recommended to me at my salon, and used on me when I went for a cut. I loved the smell and feel of it but did NOT love the $30 price tag they were charging at the salon for the smaller bottles! Thankfully Amazon was there to save the day, charging about the same price for the huge bottle.I rarely splurge on the expensive hair stuff, but this is definitely a guilty pleasure of mine and completely worth the money.One word to the wise, if buying directly from Amazon I would buy it separate from any other purchases - I've bought from them 2x, and in both instances the bottle top leaked or cracked and ruined some of the other merchandise that came along with it. Of course Amazon was great about it and replaced everything, but I'll buy it separate from now on to avoid the hassle, just in case.

Really dislike shampoo with condition combinations products. When traveling always packed my own shampoo and separate conditioner in cases hotels only had shampoo with conditioner products. I was introduced to this product by my hairdresser a few years ago and have been using it ever since. It works wonderfully for me leaving my hair clean and tangle free.

The ingredients must have changed, because my hair is extremely dry like straw instead of moisturized. I am losing more hair after shampooing as well. The consistency has changed (thin rather than thick) and color has changed (yellow instead of amber). There are more suds now than before, which seems to indicate there is more detergent than moisturizing ingredients. I am really upset that I didn't realize soon enough that the shampoo was the cause of my dry hair and loss of hair before I could return it. I will not buy this shampoo again. The product I purchased before was NeuMoisture Shampoo Lavendar, but this product looks the same color bottle and it is Neumoisture Replenish Shampoo. Should have a different color bottle.

My hairstylist sold me a bottle of this sulfate-free shampoo (for twice what it costs here) after a keratin treatment. I normally have long, very thick, coarse, wavy, fuzzy hair. It was great in the 60's but not now. I'm a true bush head and can barely get a comb through my hair after it is washed. When creme rinse disappeared off the shelves I was doomed, because most conditioners just thicken my hair more. Expensive keratin treatments help tremendously, of course, but this shampoo really does help keep my hair smoother, softer and straighter. My hair doesn't knot and tangle up and is easier to comb out. No fuzzy ends. And I can go longer between keratin treatments too. I use a moisturizing conditioner and a daily keratin leave-in afterwards and my hair is finally under control after 60 years. I have very dry hair and wash no more than twice a week or less (my scalp doesn't get oily). If you sound like me, I highly recommend this shampoo. It's super, super, super. And I've tried them all.

This arrived today, I ordered it because it was coming directly from Amazon and I thought that I could trust it to be an authentic quality product but the bottle that arrived was covered in a sticky, congealed substance and looked like it had been kicking around for quite a while.The bottle had also leaked - Amazon insist that I return it I am not sure how much will be left in the bottle when it arrives back!

Leaves your hair and scalp super clean - I don't get winter dandruff anymore! Plus I skip the in-shower conditioner and only need a couple of light spritzes of leave-in conditioner spray to get shiny, tangle-free and static free hair, despite the extreme dryness in winter where I live. I only need to wash my hair twice a week now. I used to have to wash it every 2 days due to oiliness. I love this shampoo. I buy it at my salon and via Amazon and don't notice any difference in performance. I just received a runny bottle from Amazon - the product settles - I held it upside down and shook it for a couple of minutes and it is now the same consistency as the previous bottle I bought at the salon.

Possible knock off? This is my usual shampoo that I purchase from my hair salon. However, I live two hours away from the salon and no one locally sells it. When I ran out and was unable to get to the salon, I ordered this. It does not seem to be the same. The colour, smell, and the way my hair feels after using it is all different. I’m not sure if it’s a knock off, or grossly expired? Regardless, I won’t be ordering again!

I have had damaged dry brittle hair which always seemed to continually break. I started using this shampoo along with the conditioner & my hair has become so much healthier. Total game changer.
