I absolutely love the look of the case, I get many compliments daily. It’s easy to use, hangs regular or crossbody. Great for retail work. Gives a purse look and the flap provides a space for your ID or credit cards. Great buy

The chain broke and the strap stretch out. The phone keeps falling out the case. Many times I have on the case but the phone is not in it. I really don’t know what to say other than it’s not what I expected because it didn’t protect my phone.

My phone falls out of this case. This is very attractive however useless as it is too big for my iPhone XR.

Overall I really am pleased with this case! I purchased it for my work phone so that it would be easier to keep on me & look nice at the same time. It bumps into things all day as I run around retail stores so I needed something that would protect my phone as well. The quality of the chain is VERY nice; heavy. Only 1 drawback & it’s not something you encounter regularly. Because the case is soft silicone if it gets caught a certain way on something The corner of the phone will slide out. I’m really rough on the phone at work & it hasn’t proven an issue, but I can see how if you aren’t paying attention it could fall out.

Didn't think it would be rubber. My phone calls out all the time and today my iPhone XR cracked! The whole back side by carrying it normally and being that it's rubber it pops out of casing. I would NEVER recommend this item and not worth my Buck!

I love this a lot. I know if I drop my phone this will certainly absorb the fall. I love the soft feel as well. You get plenty of space for money and cards. It also looks fantastic and you can dress up or down with the look. This in my opinion will be my go-to case

VERY HANDY LOVE IT

Made from rubber so very durable a good fit and nice look. Only down side is the clasp interferes with wireless chargers. (Sticks out too much) You must remove phone from case to charge. Wish they made it with a different closure. Also the flap may interfere when taking pictures (may leave a shadow) so if trying to take nicer pics recommended to open or flip the card flap. Open to the front so recommend a protector for the front of phone.

This product was bought for traveling in Europe. My phone fell out twice and the third time my phone fell out and cracked! Very disappointed and apparently it’s past the return date. I just got back from a trip to Europe which is why I bought it in the first place.
