Believe Me, You're Not This Desperate
I'm pretty seasoned when it comes to diet food and Walden Farms makes some 10/10 products, but not this. I thought I was desperate enough to enjoy anytype of zero calorie product, but I was wrong. Even totally starving I couldn't stomach this stuff. Stick to the syrups and fruit spread.

This Walden Farms product is quite delicious, in my opinion. I keep a low-carb diet and often eat WF spreads after meals, like dessert. This one has a rich cinnamon raisin taste, and it was a nice change from the chocolate-peanut-butter spread, which is also tasty, but I was ready for a change.

Not the best taste, but it's calorie free. One thing to watch out for is the sodium amount; it's too salty and you will gain water weight if you eat a lot.
