We installed the PowerBass OEM replacement speakers in our 2019 F-150, and honestly, this is one of the best upgrades we’ve done to the truck. One of the voice coils in the rear speakers busted and Everytime I played the music loud it made a horrible noise that freaking drove me crazy... I'm in my car for many hours a day and need my music to prevent me from going crazy! I've researched these and wanted something easy to install and something that sounded good. My limited had the 10 speaker upgrade which already sounded great. I wanted to go with more expensive speakers but decided to stick with the plug and play route. Install was easy, once I plugged them up, I tested them and was immediately able to hear the difference, before I installed the other side, I closed the door and listened and compared it to the OEM Sony speakers, and these were a major improvement in not only loudness, but clarity and bass. In comparison, you can feel that these speakers are of better quality, and seem to be much more durable, on top of that, they are so much better looking and feeling than the oems. They seemed louder as well which was great as it seemed to have more power than the originals. I took full advantage of sound proofing the doors while changing out these speakers and it made a difference beyond what I expected. Are these expensive for the quality? Yes and no, you are paying extra for the convenience of a plug and play, as well as the speaker baffle as well, you you are really getting these at a great price. You will not regret buying these for the upgrade, they really do make a difference.

These fit perfectly in my 2014 Ford Fusion SE with the basic non-Sony audio system. My front speakers were blown and rattling, but I decided to replace both front and rear. The speakers fit perfectly with no modifications needed. I saw one review mention removing the foam ring, but you don't need to remove it. It's designed to press up against the back of the door panel so that there is maximum sound transfer into the vehicle instead of losing some in the door panel. Connectors fit perfectly and I did not need the extensions nor the extra screws from the kit. each door panel had 5 screws and a handful of push-in anchors. I broke one of the plastic anchors in removal, but you can't even tell after replacing the door panel. In total, it took less than an hour to install all 4 speakers, including a sound check to make sure polarity was correct before replacing the door panels. These sound much better than the original junk speakers Ford shipped the vehicle with. Don't expect ultimate clarity, but at this price point for a bolt-in replacement with zero modifications needed, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. I was on the fence between these or a set of the Pioneer A-Series MAX 6.5" speakers. I may have gotten a little better sound quality from the Pioneers (unknown), but might have had a lot of extra work to do (cut/solder speaker wires, or buy adapters, buy and install foam rings, take a chance on whether they would fit, etc.). I am confident in my electrical/mechanical skills and would have been fine either way, but I know I made the right choice buying the PowerBass OEM replacement kit and would do it again in a heartbeat.

These speakers are decent. Definitely better than factory in my 26 Maverick XLT. They still leave the lows to be desired, but overall it’s plug and play and a decent upgrade.

After accidentally ordering these rather the fronts, I still put them in the back doors of my 2019 Explorer Police Interceptor. Definitely is better over the stock speakers and love how it has the tweeter built into it making the sound in the back even crisper. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical of these because I had never heard of them. I have always been an Alpine/JL Audio guy. The quality of sound at higher volumes impressed me. I had plans to put an amp on these, however I believe it is just fine with the factory amp. If you would like to make this "loud loud", you would need to stick an amp on these and cross them over. But at that point, you should go with a more robust speaker for power handling. Speaking of quality, these are built very well considering the price. I bought the fronts as well. I would recommend to anyone that didn't get the "premium sound" in their ford/lincoln.

Installed on my 2016 mustang gt. These fit perfectly in the door and i was able to use the stock wiring/plug. Sound really good and have lots of bass. Easy installation and great price.

2021 F150 Lariat: Swapped out my rear speakers as one had blown. These are awesome. Great sound. Easy installation. Comes with clips that go right into the factory clip. No issues. Highly recommended.
