Exactly as described, resistors in a bag at the bottom of the box
At first I thought the product (which came very quickly) did not have the resistors. However, after messaging the seller, I found the resistors in a bag in the box. Clearly I did not check the box after taking out the expander. Product is new and exactly as described.

Necessary evil.
Needed more zones. But this case does not fit inside the alarm box. WHY?!? Remove the board from the case OR mount it outside of your locked alarm box so that someone can just cut the wires to it...

Great option to add wired zones.
These work great. I bought the Vista 21IP panel and ran out of zones, then ran out of doubled zones. Adding 2 of these gave me the zones I needed to finish assigning each door and window that opens its own address and alpha descriptor. I finished pimping out my system by adding the wireless receiver, a couple of wireless glass break sensors, wireless tilt sensor for the garage door and a couple wireless smoke alarms. Overall I’m pretty happy with all of Honeywell’s stuff. Obviously a nice graphic user interface would be nice but once you get the hang of the alphanumeric keypad and it’s own programming inputs it isn’t too bad. I love the Tuxedo panels. You can program it to send you email alerts when specific events happen (like your alarms is triggered.). They stop short of giving you access remotely to all of the features of the Tuxedo (like home automation control, arm/disarm/status etc.) unless you pay one of their vendors the monthly fee to get on alarm net. Free email alerts isn’t half bad for free self monitoring though.

Perfect expansion module for Vista 20P system
Easy to install, gave me 8 more hardwired zones for my home. The only think that I found strange was the 4219 instructions stated to use 2K ohm end of line resistors but the 20P said to use 1K resistors on the expansion panel. I went with the 2K and it works great.

Quality Product for Wired Alarm Installations
A better design, would be if the 20P. or 21P's allowed for each zone to be programmed as N/C or. N/O. This could make installs easier, & less complicated.
