Worth the investment
My natural tendency of saving money and purchasing subpar headsets to only realize investing in a higher quality product will save me time and obviously money. I've purchased like any other price conscious person the, Panasonic KX-TCA60 Hands-Free Headset with Comfort Fit Headband for Use with Cordless Phones and Plantronics Cordless Phone Headset M210C headset to finally realize, these subpar headsets would cost me more on the long run in finding a good enough headset.Pros:-Very light weight-Dual earpiece-Does not squeeze on the ears-Mic pivots away from the mouth as well up / down (if need of eating or drinking, please mute the phone. Hate when people chew in my ear)-Voice and earpiece are well rounded (no complaints of callers unable to hear me and caller comes through very crisp and clear)Cons:-Higher cost-Need of an adapter to use with regular home phone, for me it was the Jabra 1005143 Netcom Qd To 2.5MM Stereo Plug -Too short of a cable that tangles easily (approx 3ft)I use this headset with the following phone: Panasonic KX-TG6582T DECT 6.0 PLUS Link-to-Cell via Bluetooth Cordless Phone with Answering System, Metallic Black, 2 Handsets Do yourself a favor, invest in a quality product. I purchased this headset in July 2015.I will update if there is any degradation or deterioration of the earpiece.

Eh...
Better than the set I was issued (sold) by my call center but still a little disappointing. No noise cancellation at all but they are very light and comfortable. Kinda cheep tho. I ended up dropping 300 bucks for a REAL NICE set directly from Jabra.

Works great
I got this for my dad who is some what hard of hearing, he's been using this for a few months now and it works great for him. He can hear clearly and at times he'll have the headset on for hours at a time, so they're comfortable to wear as well.

Above average and a good value
This heads works well. I it could be a bit louder on some phones. It is fairly comfortable but could be more so. All and all one of the better headsets for the money.

Great, but had to get an adapter
This product has worked great, however it was misleading as to the need for an adapter. It appeared to be compatible to our phones, however needed the adapter to plug in which was an additional purchase.

Seems like if I'm on a call for over an hour
Continue to have problems with this -- seems to work well for a while, and then suddenly, people tell me they can't hear me. Seems like if I'm on a call for over an hour, that's when it begins to fade out. Has anyone else noticed this?

Working with PC and Polycom Phones
I'd purchased this headset because the built-in microphone on my laptop was useless for videoconferencing. The microphone's sound quality reported by the remote users is much better with the headset, and the received quality on my end is excellent. The only trick is making sure you get the right QD connector (an issue with all business type headests I've used in the past), which in my case was the Jabra 8800-00-99 3.5mm adapter. I also picked up the Jabra GN1200 QD-to-RJ9 connector for use with my Polycom Soundpoint IP 550 desk phone.
