Chairs are comfortable for the price, but the padding is not as thick as the more expensive chairs--nor would I expect it to be. I had to adjust the legs some to get them to stack, but once I did that they were fine.November 2014 edit: I've been using these chairs daily for nearly a year. I do group therapy with mostly middle-aged adults and I sit in one of these chairs as much as 5-6 hours a day. Group members sit in them for over two hours at a time. The chairs have shown minimal wear and are as tight as the day I bought them. I've never had complaints from group members about them being uncomfortable, and I prefer to sit in one of these over some of the more expensive chairs we have in the group rooms. They're easy to stack and store when they're not needed. I'll buy these again.November 2015 edit: chairs still holding up, still look like new. We have to sanitize these (per state health department codes) after each use, which is twice a day some days. Vinyl fabric isn't showing any wear after all that abuse.

Top quality crafting, no missing parts and Allen head bolts (easier to torque down than screwdriver heads), and it went together in about 15-20 minutes. Someone who isn't as mechanically inclined as I am might want more detailed instructions, but they made total sense to me. But the biggest reason I gave it 5 stars was because it was VERY easy to put together. There were lots of reception chairs with arms on Amazon, but I'm REALLY glad that I bought this one!Fantastic price, too!

Needed a dozen chairs for occasional use and didn't want to spend a fortune. Purchased these on sale - and am satisfied with purchase. They look great and are built exactly like the original ones we had - for half the price. The weave on the fabric is a little loose - not sure how they will look 10 years from now but spending $125 per chair wasn't an option. I had no issues whatsoever with weld joints or lining up the pre-drilled holes for the screws. Took between 15-20 minutes to assemble each chair. These may get used on average 10 hours a month - which I believe this chair will be more than adequate for.

I wanted chair with arms for seniors with, knee issues, as it will provide stand assist, which is difficult to achieve from modem couches. It came in 3 parts, in one box, avg person can carry, fairly easy to assemble, fit 8 screws, to fix back and seat to the chair frame using Ellen provided.Chair is is exactly as pictured and sturdy, slight off balance. My main issue is with quality of filling in the seat. It is not very coushiony, which I wanted that way. But whatever is filled inside, makes noise when you sit, as if packing material getting squeezed under the weight, after a person gets up, popping sound continues for a minute. I will have to see 4 how long the seat lasts

With 2 knee replacements I needed a chair that had high seat and arms. 19" from seat to floor. Exactly what I was looking for. I bout used. Excellent purchase. Ty Amazon. I just ordered another one for church.ty.

I needed a smaller size chair for my office and after reading the reviews, thought I'd give this chair a try. It was a bit challenging to assemble, the holes and frames didn't line up easily. I had to call for a few co-workers to help and we finally got it. It looks nice and I feel it's a great value for the price.

This is a really good chair for the money. Assembly was quick and easy (I am in my late 60's). Once assembled the chair is very stable. I was looking for a chair to use next to my bed to dress in the morning. This works very well for that purpose. My only complaint is when I get up from the chair the covering apparently sticks to the filling for a few seconds, giving off a crackling sound. Not a big deal, maybe that will go away over time. The chair did have some odor but is going away fast. Again for the money, this is a good chair.

Worth the money - not like other cheap stuff. I like the material used and especially the rest arm. It is comfortable and I use it as a dining chair as I am a senior and am on a walker. Thus I will be more comfortable if I know that I am not sitting on a chair with no armrest to support.

Decent chairs for the office. Assembly wasn't too bad compare to other chairs we had to put together. Padding seems sufficient and is comfortable. Quality is good and should last a few years.

This type of chair is recommended to be used after back surgery because is keeping the back straight, therefore the reason of purchasing it.Using it daily we noticed that it is quite comfortable for everyone, hence it became a good purchase in general and not only for a particular case.
