When we received the item, the strings were all tangled and the middle ball had broken off, it wasn't even in the box which means the item was shipped already broken. Make sure to look at ALL of the item pictures so you know just how small it is. It can literally fit in the palm of your hand. I have doubts the item would have even worked if it hadn't been broken due to the cheap quality of the plastic. Is this just a prop for looks??

Absolute waste of money.
This product is a joke. I bought this as a gift and there is no way it's giftable. Not only does it not even fill the palm of your hand, it doesn't work the way a real Newton's Cradle should. Not to mention the products box (not the shipping box) was all but destroyed. It looks as though it was purchased, opened, returned, then resold in a horrific repack job. Do not waster your money on this junk. I will be returning this piece of crap.

Broken upon opening a gift=bummed kid.
I bought this at the end of October, as that's when I start Christmas shopping. Yesterday was Christmas, and my son was so happy when he opened this... until one of the balls just rolled out, & it was a broken gift. I was going to return it & hopefully get a different one, but the return window closed December 1. Very frustrating.
