Yes the opening is very small. I already knew it would be, but I get to have a bright red rocket in my kitchen! :)Sometimes I even have to lift off the top of the bin if I’m scraping something off a plate, but it’s well worth it to own something as cool as this. If I had wanted a bigger opening instead of a rocket shape I could’ve ordered a different style. There are plenty. But this is my favourite. Sturdy and will probably last a lifetime unlike other lesser bins. Looks great. Very happy! (No I don’t know why they used plastic on the handles instead of stainless steel either. But doesn’t take away from the look)

Solid metal, and will last for years!There are bins AND THERE ARE BINS! This one falls into the latter!Why go for same type of bin (brushed aluminium, yawn) as all your friends, when you can be the "Joneses" that your neighbours are trying to keep up with! Lol

Love this bin so much we bought a second one for our recycling.They are large, so won't suit small spaces or kitchens but look amazing side by side.A real talking point for every one who sees them.

It's a sturdy, well-build bin that will probably last decades, and very bright and showy - Really stands out in your kitchen (though I guess it could sit anywhere !).If I had concerns there are just three :1 - It's very overpriced, but I suspect the price = lack of demand. If more people had them, the price would be lower, though it wouldn't be as "exclusive" !2 - The "hole" to dump the refuse in is a little small, but you should really notice that on the picture before purchase,3 - Probably my biggest gripe, it's made in great quality steel, BUT cheapened by the two silver handles on each side which are plastic... yes PLASTIC !!! Very poor that, and a niggle.

It had taken me years to find the perfect trashcan to match my style sensibilities. Indeed this trashcan is it. I am so happy with this purchase and I smile to myself each time I toss trash out.

I absolutely love the look and feel of it.The internal "bucket" and elastic band to hold the bag is garbage though. (I'd rather pay less and get rid of them, the bucket takes up lots of valuable space)Insanely priced!!! Way to expensive for a trashbin even though it is beautifully designed and crafted/built like a tank. (I'm sure it will outlive me and any apocalyptic event that might occur).I guess one should consider it art instead of a container for garbage and then it might be easier to justify the price but still way to expensive. I won't buy any more that's for sure. 😂

This was very pricey, but it is beautiful for a trash receptacle. While the directions say it’s not meant for outdoor use, I’m using out on a patio to ‘dress up’ an outdoor space. Also the powder coat paint is very nice, and my brother who is an artist and paints cars and motorcycles says the powder coat paint should be suitable for outdoor use since it’s used on cars and motorcycles.

Rien à a dire sur l'esthetique ,bel objet de decoration et fontionnel mais il n'y a pas de pédale ,le libellé est incorrect .Alors que nous voulions une pedale pour l'hygiene .
