The skirt was folded and wouldn’t flatten as the plastic was stiff, not flexible like OEM. The foot was a different mold than OEM. The diaphragms also were stiff plastic. Did not install and returned.

UPDATE: The disc was bent in half because that's how it was packaged. It never flattened out and consequently I put the old disc back on. I feel this is a shipping issue. I therefore recommend buying the other parts separately *The replacement parts are of excellent quality. Removing the yellow pad was easy,putting the new one on took about 10 minutes and a lot of patience.

These products are not made of the same type of flexible material as the OEM parts. The disc is stiff plastic that arrived folded to fit in the box and has not unfolded to lie flat - it remains bent and warped. It cannot function in that condition. The difference is obvious to see and to feel. I will be returning it for a refund.

This disc is thick and sturdy. The collar has some flexibility but fits the disc tightly and secures well. The diaphragms are nice and work without issue. The disc at our local pool store wanted $115 without any extras. Crazy!!I would recommend this set and will buy it again when needed.

MY G3 was starting to look worn and as such was not performing as it should; Replaced the bottom skirt, the oscillator diaphragm and the bottom hard plastic holder. Now she performs like new. Install of bottom hard shell holder was a bit challenging but the trick was to get the front and rear edge set, then work the side edges. Great product. G3 is performing like new.

Doesn't work well at all the actual one that was in there for 4 years works better than the one I just bought from you guys so it yet not happy about that either

Easy install, but I have replaced the Diaphragm a couple of time since I purchase it 14 years ago. Fist time for the finned cleaner. The finned cleaner is stiffer than the original, but went on fine. A lot less expensive than what I have been paying for the diaphragm at pool stores.

The other reviewers are correct. The finned piece is much stiffer than the original and difficult to install. However it's been in the pool now for several weeks and seems to be working and navigating just fine. Given the price and that it gave new life to our pool cleaner I have to recommend it.
