This phone case has withstood a 3 yr old throwing it, dropping it, stepping on it and throwing it in the toilet. Still works great. My only problem with the case is that since it has a fingerprint hole, it is very hard to keep clean. Stuff is always getting under the plastic. But all in all like I said this case is very durable. Been having it for a few weeks and not even a scratch.

This is the second temdn case I bought, I had one on my note 8 and loved it, it lasted 2.5 years and when I took it off because it was just too gross from drops I broke the phone in a week with a 5 below case. I now have a note 10+, this case seems just as sturdy, one thing I don't care for is the finger print reader hole. It does leave an opening for damage to your screen.

When the case is put together, it protects this phone well. It provides a fairly grippy edge to hold onto. Both the front and back are well protected from scratches. Also the clear back panel showcases the aura glow color nicely.So as some others have mentioned... the fingerprint reader will not function with the front plastic in place unless you place the light distorting adhesive dot over the sensor. The little dot is annoying when its there, it is far from invisible. In addition, once I realized I did not want the dot there, I couldn't remove it from the inside of the screen shield. As a result, I crimped the face plastic while removing it.Considering the price point, I decided to make a simple modification. I forced the front plastic out of the frame. I was concerned that it may not fit tightly anymore, but it did. Now I have a working fingerprint scanner. The bezel which surrounds the screen is fairly tall, so unless I sit the phone face down on a rock, it should remain protected.

GREAT phone case!! I have dropped my galaxy note 10 plus sooo many times! Hasnt chipped or broke once. But the only thing i dont like about it after putting the case on the plastic screen cover you have to tap really hard for it to even register on the screen And another thing is. Dirt and dust etc is sooo easy to get up in the phone case.. so it makes your phone looks extremely dirty and the phone case is super hard to get off. But i definitely liked it other then those little things. I would buy again if needed.

Mixed feelings about this case. The hole on the fingerprint reader bothers me immensely. I can't draw, I can't write, it's simply annoying. I never got in the package the fingerprint sticker neither. There is also the issue of not detecting correctly your fingers as you type or draw. You basically have excert more pressure than average. Then after a month or so, scratches started to appear on the screen protector.On the positive side, the case does the job protecting your device. I recommend it because after all detractors, it's beautifully crafted. You can't go wrong.In fact, it fits you $1,000+ phone like a globe

My husband received his Note10+ on Friday, 8/23. We received this case on Friday afternoon also as we'd ordered it earlier in the week. Once home, my husband followed the instructions and put the phone into this case - we knew immediately the case would have to be returned. It's a nice concept but it doesn't work. The front panel "screen protector" is a flimsy piece of plastic that's not actually completely clear. Once the phone is inside the case, there is quite a bit of space between the top of the phone screen and the top of the case. When you try to press on the screen to unlock, the screen makes loud noises because there is so much space and air inbetween and it does not work! The screen would not read his finger print through the "screen protector" because it's garbage.I wish I had taken a picture to post with this review but didn't think about it until the item was packaged back up for return.Basically -- DO NOT BUY THIS for your Galaxy Note 10+! It's junk.

It is a good case. The only minor downside is that the back of the case is clear which is nice but it is not re protective if dropped on the back the glass back of the note 10 plus could break where I would prefer having a solid back made out of the same material as the edges to protect the phone instead of being able to see the color of the back of the phone. To me the suggests they substitute looks of the case for protection.

I like that the case comes with the built in scree protector but it was a bit confusing on how to place the film that helps read the fingerprint there were places my finger didnt read other than that I love it. Also if you do use this case turn up the sensitivity on your screen that helped with the places my screen didn't read.
