I read many reviews before purchasing this for our basement living room. Our basement is always a bit cold so the draw was definitely the fireplace on this product, plus the overall style which fit very well with our decor. We decided to take the leap and purchase, despite reading it was hard to build and took hours, and a couple minor comments on things being broken. Our purchase arrived without a single broken part, we had no problems peeling off the stickers, and the fireplace worked wonderfully. It did take some time to put together, but we found the instructions helpful and very easy to read. Overall, I would say it took less than an hour for assembly. It feels very sturdy. We currently have a 50" tv, and plan to soon replace it with a 70" tv. I have no doubts this can handle it easily. The fireplace puts off some great heat and the look and feel is really nice as well for a "faux" fireplace. I would definitely recommend this unit for others!

This piece is exactly what I hoped it would be! It's beautiful and sturdy. We really love the fireplace and all of the options.My only complaint is that the hardware and several of the wood pieces weren't labeled, so we had to pay close attention to the illustrations in the instruction manual to make sure we were using the right ones. However, everything went together beautifully! We did have one small screw missing from the door hinge assembly, but it didn't prevent us from completing the project and we plan to find a matching screw at the hardware store tomorrow.I was initially very worried because it was delivered with one end of the box open and the end of the box and packaging all but crumbled as we attempted to get it inside. I was convinced we would find pieces had been damaged and as we took inventory we thought we were missing a few pieces at first. Luckily, everything was protected well enough in the box that there wasn't a scratch on any piece, and everything we needed (minus the one small screw for the door hinge) made it to us!I would definitely recommend this product!

The media could not be loaded. I had my daughter help me assemble this stand and it took almost two hours to complete. We did get different screws mixed up during assembly but quickly realized which ones went where. Unfortunately, the two long pieces/boards that go on the top and just below the top were broken and I had to call the company to order replacement parts. They were very friendly when I called and shipped the correct pieces I needed right away so I could get the stand setup up and functioning ASAP. The parts actually arrived within a few days! I love how the stand turned out. It wasn’t too complicated putting it together and you definitely need two people. The fireplace is nice and puts out good heat. I wish the fireplace looked a bit more realistic. Just as a reference, we have a 55” television sitting on top of the stand to give you an idea of size.

the positive reviews on here are what swayed me to finally buy this. i had been debating it for a couple months, and i’m SO GLAD i finally made the purchase. i live in the pacific NW (USA), so we get cold falls and winters, and our electric bill is always high af because of our central heat. with this i’ve been able to turn my central heat down and just have this on for a little bit each day to warm the main part of the house:) it looks great, it took me about 2 1/2hrs to put together, but i always build things slowly to make sure i don’t mess up. make sure you follow the instructions, and double check as you go. there was a minor issue with the fireplace insert fitting into the cabinet once it was built, although i’m sure that’s my fault since i didn’t square it before trying to place the insert like the instructions say to. 🤷🏻‍♀️ regardless, it works perfectly. it holds my tv great, we fit all our dvds and consoles onto the shelves. there’s room for the sound bar, my scent warmer, and some holiday decor. the ambience it gives my front room was so worth the money, my husband who was skeptical also loves it and we have the led part of the fireplace going most of the time, with the heater part on and off throughout the day as needed:)seriously i can’t recommend this enough for the price you are getting a wonderful product. double check EVERY part when you get the box (i did this after reading the reviews), make sure nothing is broken before you start building, follow the instructions, and you’ll be fine.

Overall I like the product and think it looks really nice in our family room! The fireplace works great (so far, only been 2 days since purchased) and the assembly wasn’t awfullll for how many pieces and how big the overall tv stand is (I expected worse). The only few complaints I have are as follows. The right drawer will not sit straight, no matter how many times my husband and I try to adjust the hinges. I don’t think the door is crooked but maybe there was a part in the assembly that we screwed a little crooked that is causing the overall door to sit slightly off? But seems like this is the best we can get it. The other complaint is the back ledge is kind of beat up. No one will see it since it’s in the back but I obviously noticed while putting together. But overall I think the product is nice!

The media could not be loaded. This is such a beautiful addition to our living room. The fireplace adds that extra bit of cozy that I desired. I was hesitant about putting it together by myself based on the reviews. I even left the box on my living room floor for a week before I worked up the courage to put it together. The box was HEAVY! I was able to get it together in about 3 hours and this was with a toddler distracting me every few minutes. The instructions were clear and to the point. I am extremely happy with this purchase! If you’re on the fence about it, I say just get it! You will not be disappointed

Really love this, including how it looks like real wood - and it weighs like it. My husband used a dolly to carry to the living room. If you don't have help, you can do what others did and carry piecemeal.Love the fireplace insert, it is very quiet. The lighting adds a realistic ambiance. It makes our living room feel cozy for Christmas.

We are so happy we found this unit! We've been searching for something like this for years and are so happy that we waited. The quality is great and it looks a lot better than any of the electric fireplaces you see at Home Depot etc.It comes disassembled and you WILL need longer than the "1 hour" it takes to put together that the instruction manual suggests. You WILL also need at least 2 people just to rotate and put the side & top panels on.Naturally, lay some blankets down to protect your floors and the unit itself if you're assembling it on hard surface floors.The fasteners and hardware all came separated and sealed in a compartmentalized package which made finding the exact screws, nails, dowels etc for each step extremely easy.We also recommend that you get some peel-and-stick protective furniture pads for the legs and two support feet that are underneath in the middle.There is actually a lot of open room behind the fireplace insert in the back, enough space to put a power bar for TV connections etc. As long as you're not blocking the vent in the back you should be fine.As for the heat, it kicks out enough to make the room more than comfortable. We actually use the fireplace more for ambiance than as a heat source. It also has a limiter so if it begins to get too hot it will actually turn off the heater function automatically.We highly recommend this fireplace. Yes, it is on the more expensive side when it comes to an electric fireplace TV stand. However, the quality and look of it when it's all set up makes to really feel like a "forever" type piece of furniture.
