HOT TOOLS Professional Tourmaline Tools 2100 Turbo Ionic Hair Dryer

I had the black version before and it stop to blow hot air so I decided to buy this because is more cheap than black. I don't know if there is a difference apart the external material but this pink one looks fake for me. Anyway it do its works well so I worth for me. Conclusion, no difference between black hair dryer and pink hair dryer.It's powerful for dry my medium-long hair. Not much heavy for travel and good size similar to Parlux hair dryers. Great dryer, dries really well, and very quick without the old style frizz from other hair dryers. Only reason it's not 5 stars...no swivel cord, and button placement could be better.

I just recently purchased a blow dryer to replace my old hair dryer and wish I had known about this HOT TOOLS Professional Tourmaline Tools 2100 before making that purchase because this one blows my recent purchase out of the water. it was a compact dryer too and did not have the same salon performance and features that this one has. And it's pink! There wasn't a big difference in price, and this one came with a diffuser, concentrator, and negative ion technology. I live in a humid climate, so I need all the help I can get when it comes to abating frizz. I try to avoid blow drying when possible because I was afraid of further damaging my long color-treated locks, and this dryer took less time to dry, so there was less exposure to extreme heat. My hair was mostly dry in less than 10 minutes. When I air dry, it takes several hours because my hair is waist length and very thick. I am very impressed, and as a side note, the prongs on the plug were not hot to the touch when I unplugged it, which is why I replaced my old dryer in the first place. I am delighted with the performance of this dryer, and you cannot go wrong for the price. I don’t blow dry very often, but when I do I use a diffuser. I was in the market for a new blow dryer. I wanted something fairly compact and that worked well with my huge diffuser. I have curly hair so I usually just let my hair dry naturally, but love using some nice product and diffusing my hair for special occasions. This Hot Tool blow dry fit my needs and I LOVE THE BRIGHT PINK COLOR!!! I have a huge diffuser from xtava and it fits perfectly on this blow dryer. Find it on Amazon by searching “Black Orchid Large Hair Diffuser For Curly And Natural Hair - Professional Blow Dryer Diffuser to Maximize.” It’s so funny, the diffuser is bigger than the blow dryer, but works fabulous since it’s so big - I can curl large amounts of hair and it has really long fingers. I know my review is supposed to be about the blow drier, but for us curly-hair girls the diffuser combo is just as important as the blow dryer. I love this compact dry and works perfect for my needs!

When you have three females trying to get ready for anything, you need a couple of things in multiples. One is a bathroom because one bathroom is never enough, and the other is hair styling tools. Be it hair dryers, curling irons, or combs and brushes, you need multiples. Otherwise, it's survival of the fittest. With that in mind, this hairdryer was meant to be one of those multiples so we didn't tear each other's hair out waiting in line. Turns out, this one is everybody's favorite so the battle continues. This Hot Tools dryer has a compact design, but it packs a powerful punch. It has a setting for everyone, and thankfully, it dries quickly so that waiting in line thing goes much faster. And on top of working so well, it's just the cutest little hairdryer. My girls love the vibrant pink, and if you travel, it doesn't take up a ton of room in the suitcase. It is a bit pricier than I would normally pay for a dryer, but the bottom line is it also works like a pricier hairdryer should. It's held up great, and in my opinion, it is worth every penny.

This particular hair dryer is really strong. Even on the lowest settings it really feels hot enough to dry my hair in seconds. It is definitely stronger than my last hair dryer with an addition of having add-on to make customizing your hair drying really nice. The motor is a bit loud though even on the lowest settings. I am not saying this should be a big deterrent as most hair dryers are loud. The dryer itself gets warm but nothing too hot where it becomes really dangerous. It has only two settings which is low and high and has a built in safety switch if there are power issues it will shut off. The material of the fan is a bit rough and your finger prints (if you have oily skin) will show on the material. I do not recommend getting this device wet as the material it is made out of can chip away and feel extremely rough. The attachments are fairly easy to put on and off and I have no issues with them when using them. Overall this hair dryer is a great and expect it to last a long time
