Spigen Tough Armor Case Compatible with Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus - Gunmetal

OK, can't realistically rate this until it all goes bang. It's purpose is to protect my phone in case of me dropping my phone. Fact is I haven't dropped my phone yet 🙃 so I can only update this if and when I do drop it. In the meantime it does feel good in the hand, doesn't feel cumbersome like others can, seems sturdy and fits like a glove, so fairly confident it will work.Update - I can say it does work. I accidentally dropped my phone 5ft onto a hard tiled kitchen floor. Not a scratch, not a nick, not a mark anywhere. So for me it's a definitive YES, it does what it says on the tin and worth the investment.

I had a Spigen Tough Armour case for my Note 8 and it protected it against a number of drops. No hesitation in getting one for my Note 10+.The good:It seems very well made again, and is a really good fit. The yellow inserts inside the case are softer and hopefully provide a bit more shock absorption. They are in the sides of the case as well as the back.The only bit that seems less protected than the rest is the bottom left corner where the pen is. However compared to the Note8 case the corners aren't as rounded, and the rubber a bit thicker, so I think they have tried to improve this as much as they can.I like the kickstand. I used it quite a lot on my Note 8 and definitely wanted it again.It does make it less likely to accidentally touch the curved sides of the screen compared to using the phone without a case.The not so goodI think that the edges of the case, especially around the cut-outs for the USB-C and the Pen, are sharper than the Note 8 case and can dig into your fingers if you hold it one handed for a long time.It does obviously make the phone even larger. I measured the phone to be 76mm wide and the case to be 81mm wide. I have reasonably large hands, and I struggle to use the phone single-handed.But compared to the Note 8 in its case, it is virtually the same length and height, and only about 3mm wider.Still definite 5 stars. I'll revise the review when I drop the phone.

This is one of the best cases available for the Note 10 plus. It's build quality is solid while looking good and not adding too much bulk to an already large phone. It also has the added bonus of a stand which you will want for a Note phone. The power button has a nice feel to it so you won't confuse it for the volume keys which can be a little difficult to feel in comparison.The cut outs are perfect and the added lips keep your screen elevated. There is limited cover on the left and right edges but that's Samsung fault for making silly curved edges on their phones. My phone fits neatly into the case with no chance of it slipping out. Well worth the cost.

Have always had spigen cases and find they provide great protection for the phone. This case especially seems like it will hold up well, holes for speakers etc are accurately cut and button covers provide a tactile feel. My only gripe is the lighter grey coloured plastic on the back could have done with a nicer finish as it seems to scratch quite easily. Overall great case for a reasonable price.

Best way I can compliment Spigen is to say that I recently upgraded my phone from a Galaxy S8 which was protected for 2 years by a Tough Armour case. The phone still looked brand new when I removed the old case to check it!I would add a screen protector (Spigen offer these and they are also better than the norm) but their case is especially good at protecting the corners of the phone as the whole thing fits perfectly and remains tight. The case obviously adds a little bulk to an already large phone but it's still done subtly and doesn't interfere with any functionality, e.g. removing the S-pen.For me, it's an easy 5 star recommendation.

Only had a couple of small drops so far, but its a great secure fit and the materials feel strong and durable. The buttons all function well and the various holes to allow sound, charging etc. Aline properly and dont hinder the phones functionality. Obviously the screen is vulnerable but thats the risk one takea when choosing this style of case.. im just not the lether book type kinda guy.The little kick stand is a great little bonus. Yet to see how it stands up to any pressure but the hinge seems pretty sturdy for the size of it. All in all, after purchasing this very expensive new phone I am happy to say, this is exactly meets my expectations of what I wanted for a case.

I love all the Spigen range of products. They do exactly what they are designed to do. They protect your phone. This one fits perfectly and no issues at all taking it off either. They colour is great and the little stand at the back does hold the phone up when you want to watch something. The phone does become that bit bigger but I dont mind that as I know its protected. When i hold my phone it easier to hold as it gives it grip.

Excellent quality case for the price. I certainly believe this would protect the device in case of a drop. However the kickstand is quite weak and flimsy - not sure how long it will last. Considering the size and weight of the device, I expected a stronger kick stand so that's the only disappointment.
