What a fantastic book! This was a gift however I couldn’t resist having a peek through the pages. The pages are of great quality, the illustrations are beautiful and the descriptions and wording of each chakra is wonderful, as are the activities. Highly recommend for those who are interested in meditation, chakras, crystal healing etc, whether they are a beginner or seasoned pro!

I totally get this book! The subject lends itself to actions and practical applications - brought alive through some really workable exercise. Whether you’re a do’er or a thinker this book covers all bases.I like the simplicity of the language and the modern graphics. If your more of a formal theorist- then probably not for you.I loved it so much I bought one for my daughter and my sister too.
