LEGO Harry Potter - Hogwarts Clock Tower 75948

LEGO consistently makes quality products that my kids love. This was a birthday gift for my 11 year old and he loved putting it together (especially as we are reading the books right now). All of the HP LEGO sets we've purchased or received as gifts have been great designs, great value for the money, look great and regal. There is something about having a castle made out of bricks that makes you want to keep it intact vs taking it apart.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas to add to her extensive Lego collection. She has almost the entire set of Hogwarts. Looking forward to buying the castle soon to complete her collection. She loves spending hours building the sets and with the lighting kits they really come to life. Keep up the good work Lego.

Was such a fun gift to put together on Christmas! Took me about 4 hours total and all the pieces were there. This was my first Lego set as an adult, safe to say I’m hooked now!

Lego is great, but Amazon shipped this with the label just stuck on the box, a VERY battered box! One corner was completely open and this NEW product was sealed shut with a few pieces of ordinary scotch tape! Four pieces were missing! The child had to create a fantasy about how the castle got damaged from the Weasley Twin's fireworks in book five. This was not acceptable. It looked like a used product but the bags inside were sealed. So how did pieces wind up missing? Lego is great, but Amazon has become sloppy!

This was a gift for my 7 year old son, it took him about a day to put it together because of the size but it didn't seem to be too difficult to put together. He and my 10 year old played with it exclusively for days, and even now, weeks later it's still in pride of place on the play table and not in pieces in our lego bin. I cringed a bit at the price when I bought it but it was absolutely worth it.

This is such a fun Lego set to build. My 14-year-old and I made this together the day after Christmas. Legos, in general, are a great alternative to online games and programs. This one was especially fun because of the Harry Potter theme. This particular set would be good for kids 11 and older, in my opinion.

Excellent build. Worth getting if you like Harry Potter

Bought this for my great grandson, who just turned seven. He loved it! He put it together the same day he got it. Didn’t seem to have any problems with it, was able to follow the instructions even though he’s a very beginning reader (lots of pictures). I have to say, he managed to talk this gr8 grandma into buying him the next section in the Harry Potter set, and he’s built that one too. Anything that motivates and teaches a kid to follow a set of complicated directions I think is a worthwhile activity. Just wish it wasn’t quite so expensive
