SilverStone SST-CPF05 - 2x 10cm PWM Fan Reducton Cable, Black Sleeved Braded

They're not 30cm.I ordered 3 cables; measured one of the cables at 26.8cm and the other two were 27cm.The cables do appear to be of a good quality, but the inaccurate length meant I had to find an alternative solution for the project I ordered them for.

This is well made and does its job perfectly with no voltage drop I'm not using this in a case but have it wired up to a similar cable which I've wired to a fused cig plug. I'm using this to power a mega delta 16500RPM fan which draws 27W at full load an absolute screamer of a fan which pumps out a crazy amount of cool air for its size which is 60mmx60mmx38mm. The cable remains totally cool even when under such a big load and the fans 3 pin cable has a nice snug fit with no problems. The fan originally had a 4 pin server molex plug which I snipped off and hooked up a regular 3 pin connecter as I have no need of the 4th PWM senser wire. I'm pushing 14.6V through a LiFePO4 charger to the fan with no problems so you shouldn't have any issues if using this in a PC case with a standard 3/4pin fan header. This cable has helped to keep my bedroom nice and cool during this sudden hot weather though the rest of the household arn't impressed by the sound of the fan I don't think.

Not too much you can say about a basic functional item, but the price is good and it does just what it's meant to!

It just about did what I needed, specifically ordered something 30cm long and that's what I expected. A bit tight at 26 but it does the job. If I order something at a specified size I really do expect it to be at least that.

Literally only bought this as I needed a LONG cable, this is nowhere near 30CM. The cable I got measures as 12CM

Not a lot to say; it's an extension cable. However, the connections at both ends feel sturdy, as does the main cable. I have this in combination with some daisy chained Arctic PST fans, and it works a treat. No complaints.
