humbuckers , SG, and Mahogany hardwood, Awesome Seller!!!!
Your not getting any ole guitar, this Epiphone looks feels and sounds awesome. Your not getting this SG from some seller that dont care, they do, and they respond fast and address the issues you are having. The was friendly, and worked w the issues i had and was understanding. Problems were solved. You cant go wrong buying from Wanz Styles.A Guitar player cares about sound and what guitar they play, they care about the feel. This SG has it all and for its price its great! The P-90's single H play great, with the Mahogany hardwood is a added plus helps sustain the tone , and its a SG! A solid guitar, double cutaway you can do lead and hit those notes clear up to the body easy. Yes neck is tapered, great for lead. 3 way switch you get different sounds. 4 control knobs...volume and tone for each pick-up. All around great guitar.

Cheap electronics and pick ups
Bought mine for $400 brand new, had to switch pickups, stock ones were too weak to play metal. Decent starter guitar but definitely not worth $600.had to file down frets, too sharp, should've been done at factory before selling. Mine is great for house but wouldn't take on stage, plus input jack crackles sometimes, minor things you don't get on the higher end gibson SG. All and all good starter guitar

Epic Epi!
This is a great guitar for the money, probably the best guitar at this price if you are looking for sweet, dirty humbucking tone. I like the look of the full pickguard on the '66, and was lucky enough that they are still available. They have been discontinued for several years now by Epiphone. The specs and price are identical to the standard G-400 Pro.The quality of this guitar is top notch - the ebony finish is perfect and very glassy. All hardware and electronics have zero flaws. Intonation was great out of the box. It's nice to have the pull up volume pots that give you a single coil sound when you are missing your Strat.Mine also came with Epi branded tuners and after the strings settle in, it stays in tune just fine.

This is a great guitar for the price
This is a great guitar for the price! Great tone from the stock pickups, mine with the Epiphone tuners stays in tune just fine. You could pay 1400 for a Gibson SG Standard but what value would you get for the extra 1000 dollars?I'm heavy into doing mods on the guitars I buy but I wouldn't change anything on this one. The more I play it the more I love it! I do gig with this guitar. The scale is a bit longer than I'm used to but it's not an issue.Get this guitar, you will not be sorry and your wallet wI'll thank you!

Good Guitar with junk tuners.
mine came with epiphone tuners. not fit for a childs guitar. had 1/4 inch of slack and would not stay tuned through a song. If yours should cone with these, ask for an upgrade to another brand of tuners or just return it. I replaced mine with Gibsons and solved the problem but others might be better. check the other reviews first.
