I use d mannose regularly for chronic UTIs. It’s the best for bladder health, and this particular product is pure, without fillers and is a top quality product. It does not adversely affect my blood sugar, which from past experience, can happen when fillers and lesser quality d mannose is used. It is priced very competitively, and is in fact lower in price than my usual brand, without any compromise on quality and efficacy. Prompt delivery too, which is paramount when one is suffering. I shall use this company again.

Great value for money. The scoop is a little hidden but it's there! The product doesn't smell and when mixed didn't leave the usual "podery taste" that you general get with these types of mixes. My wife has used this product too and I've noticed she doesn't go to the toilet as many times during the night which is a good thing!

I was not keen on this D mannose. I usually buy the stronger make. I would not buy this make again. As when I mixed it I was not keen on the flavour. it was very bland. Helen.

I used this powder for a week but it didn’t improve my UTI, had to get antibiotics in the end, easy to drink, probably ok as food supplement

Flavor good and value for money.

From the product description and pictures it wrongly leads you to be D-mannose from cranberry, which is not its from Corn Starch, which it is never mentioned on the product description.

Great product. Virtually no taste when I mix with vimto. Maybe too soon to see if it works, but good so far.

this product works i feel loads better since ive started taking it highly recommended
