I DIDN'T BUY IT FOR BAKING
I wanted a roll of tracing paper, but it's quite expensive so I went for this. This does the job and was the cheapest available. It also has a nice rough texture to it. Only con, the company logo printed on it.

The paper is very thin, and has a water mark of the brand. i wanted plain paper with no markings.
