What I love:+Quality of packaging and ease of unpackaging+Quiet cooling fans+AMD Ryzen 7 3700x is a great 8 core 16 thread CPU that I wanted for video editing+16GB DDR4 with two expansion slotsWhat I like:+The Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 is a nice addition. Despite that this is a "gaming computer" I didn't actually get it to play much, but when I do, the 1660 holds up nicely.+The wifi adapter has two antennae and picks up my router much better than my laptop+Two USB 3.0 ports right at the top front of the machine+The tempered glass side lets me see inside and if it gets dirty. It's on the wrong side for my liking, but oh well.+It came installed with Windows 10. Simple to turn on and use right away.+The 240GB SSD is fast and sufficient in size while the 1TB HDD is a nice touch.+The mouse is wired and lights up. I'm used to Bluetooth mice on my laptop, but I'm happy to not have to replace batteries in it.What I'd change (there isn't much, this is nitpicking):-The keyboard has flimsy action on the buttons and must be depressed in perfect alignment. The spacebar in particular sticks frequently for me because I have the keyboard angled (by using the feet of the keyboard). If I lower the feet, the spacebar works fine but then the backspace key sticks unless I hit it perfectly centered. Perhaps this is their way of saying, "hey if you like how aggressive this keyboard looks and lights up, consider replacing it with the mechanical keyboard that we make". Really, it's a non-issue, I could always just use a basic USB Dell keyboard if I wanted, but for now I like that this keyboard is backlit.-The power button is too easy to accidentally activate.In general, I thought Ibuypower did a great job putting together a quality machine at a reasonable price. It has been a beast in video editing and sound production. And it plays fortnite well.

First I want to mention this product was delivered even sooner than the expected date and I always appreciate that. I really wanted to get into PC gaming this year but had no idea where to start. A couple friends of mine pointed me to iBUYPOWER and I am so glad they did. The PC I ordered was essentially plug and play. All of my favorite games were downloading in 5 minutes. The keyboard and mouse that are included are super cool as well and work great. 10/10 am very much excited to purchase from iBUYPOWER in the future.

First impression was terrible when the clear side panel was installed really crookedly and the metal was so bent I couldn't fix disappointing that it also had some dents on the casing but shipping might do that(not this side panel though). To make matter worse, there was a failed graphics card so it's actually just not functional and I had to spend hours of my time trying to figure that out and setup a broken computer. Returned it day after I got it and now I have no computer and no money to buy a replacement while I wait for my refund.

This computer does what I needed it to do when I bought it. Now, trying to add to my setup I'm finding issues. Over half the USB ports on the back are useless. You can't get a USB plug in. The metal around each port is bent and the ports are not even closed to be aligned so they are usable.. Even the HDMI ports on the graphics card are useless. Out of 4 only one works. The rest of them the plug just falls out. Like the port is too big. I have tried multiple cables and none of the defective ports are usable. I can't even hook up a second monitor on this super high end graphics card. I can't recommend this to anyone. For what it costs and with the high end card, this should not be an issue. I don't think I will ever buy a pc online again.

So far I have only one complaint, my two usb ports on the top of the PC do not work

The pc is great, very good value for money. Had a small problem as the first delivery came with not working video card with missing keyboard, however they sent the replacement right away and it is awesome.

depending on what you need out of a computer this give you a nice balance between gaming, the desktop and as a workstation, all very good compared to a lot of other computers for $1,000

Worked well and all games ran flawlessly for the 3700 Ryzen $999 one, but suddenly after 2 hours or so of gaming my PC would start getting choppy or freeze. Anytime I attempted to open a program or window my PC would freeze. Sad because this PC was working incredible. The RGB remote also didn't work. Sad because I love this PC.

I ordered a computer from them through amazon and I am very pleased with my purchase. It was built well and came packaged with care. Very fast load speeds and I love the tempered glass side on the case, the lights are awesome. The keyboard and mouse they included are very comfy and they both light up and change colours too.

Just received by pre-built iBUYPOWER desktop computer through Amazon Canada. The product was as advertised and I couldn't be more pleased. The delivery came early and took me only 5 minutes to setup.

Bought this desktop about a month ago and returned it after trying everything to fix wifi and bluetooth.Not sure why but this desktop simply couldnt connect to other bluetooth devices. Tried my headphones, ipad, cellphone and none the them even is discoverable on this pc.Wifi connection is usable but unstable. Signal strength very week.Performace very good and great for gaming.

This computer gives me amazing frame rates, arrived safe and secure, and is absolutely gorgeous! 10/10!
