Q: Is there a way to run the front panel if your motherboard does not have RGB headers?

You need a power supply in order to power led. You can control the pre set images. By the switches on the side of case. Check in win website and download pdf . It should give you some more information.

Q: Are the case lights controllable through 3rd party software such as Corsair or Asus?

Yes, for the front panel you will need to go to In-win.com and from there you find that case and download GLOW software. To control the front panel, it also got some sort of buttons to control it from the side as you can see in the picture there. It got three modes, fan turbo mode, brightness for front panel light and change light mode. But Asus or Corsair May work if you switch to motherboard mode in GLOW software.

Sorry about that, it should only come with 3.5 x 2 and 2.5 x 2

I would recommend. AIO with 3 fans.
