I have chronic pain from osteoarthritis and abdominal adhesions almost daily so a reliable heating pad is a MUST for me. This thing is HUGE to where I can have it wrapped around on my back and my stomach both at the same time if needed. Granted, I am 5'6 and only 110 lbs but this is still seriously the largest heating pad I have ever owned and I've suffered with this pain for over 30 years so I have bought at least 10 different ones. With 6 heating levels it doesn't get as hot as I would like but not that much less heat than ones i've had before. The reason for 2 stars is because it randomly turns off. It still works but I have to keep checking it to make sure it's still on.UPDATE; Because of my low rating of 2 stars the company reached out to me with their concerns and sent me a new heating pad. My other one obviously had a defect because the replacement not only stays on for the 2 hours but it gets more than hot enough. I didn't have to make an extra trip to return the first one and they also provided me with a gift card to use because of the inconvenience. Bumping my review to 5 stars for their product and a reliable seller you can count on.

I'm very impressed with this heating pad! I suffer from 3 herniated discs and sit with a heating pad in the evenings to relieve some soreness.This heating pad is wonderful. It's super soft and not scratchy at all. It doesnt scrunch up like my last one. The temperature settings go up to a 6. It feels plenty warm. I hope it lasts for a long time!

This pad, along with my meds, has given me the chance to take a painless nap. It’s been years since I felt this good.Cons: Wash it before use following Sable’s instructions. The fabric has some tiny fibers that might trigger your allergies. Once it’s clean, you are good to go.Pros: Perfect size for an achy back. Long plug wire allows you to use the pad without moving your bed close to an outlet. Heat spreads evenly. I’ve found that setting it to 4 is ideal for me, but it can go higher if you need it. To protect it from ointment stains, I put it inside a pillowcase.

I bought one for myself and this one went to my 86 year old grandmother. She says out of all the heating pads she has had, that this one is one of the best. She loves that its soft and because of how big it is, it can be used for more than one place at a time. I am only doing this review for her because she doesn't know how to use a computer at all. I do all of her shopping and anything else she needs done. So this review is really her words! UPDATED REVIEW...Have had this now for 1 month. Mine still worked perfect but my grandmother kept telling me that after hers was on a while it would turn itself of and start blinking letter p. I just thought she was doing something wrong or didn't have it plugged in all the way. So I told her to send me hers and I will send her mine. Well she was right! Hers was definitely malfunctioning. The window was closed in returns but I chatted with the nicest Amazon associate and he gave me refund. So now I can order me a new one. I really loved mine and going to buy same one again.

The customer service is great, but there is an issue with re-plugging they haven't solved. After 3 weeks would only heat for 20 minutes, then I had to re-plug several times to get it to start again. Does not stay on for 2 hours and will not turn back on at all without unplugging and replugging. Disappointing. It's great when it works but it's a hassle to get it to do so.

Love this product. In fact we have now purchased 6 heating pads so far for other family members. We are in awe of the diversity and being able to follow instructions to wash when needed to remove germs, especially during these COVID times. If you are looking for a soft, dependable heating pad for those achy needs, this one is it!!!!, but be sure not to purchase all of them as I am sure we will be ordering more in the future. It's a good size, heats well and evenly, though it did take longer than I expected to get really warm on the highest setting. But there is no information or setting for operation with moist heat. The instructions say it's machine washable but they also say do not operate it wet. Otherwise, I found all their claims to be accurate and am enjoying its use as I write this.

Great product! I love them! The heat distribution and degree of heat is perfect! I have never purchased a better heating pad than these. I love the levels of heat and the softness of the pad. I have autoimmune disorders so I have been sleeping with heating pads every night for several years. These are the best heating pads I have ever purchased!
