Looks good and works well
I bought this for my parner as she has tens of thousands of photos and loves the photo suite on the macbook. She is over the moon, i am in the good books and I can now free up some space on the imac. The unit looks good and seems to operate like new. The macbook was delivered the day after ordering.

To say I am pleased with my MacBook Pro is an understatement. The quality of the product is first class considering it is refurbished. Do not buy from them
The charger of the product is was not working. I buyed another one and the MacBook is burning the chargers. They did not give me the money back for my charger and I should pay 20 pounds to returned so I lost like 80 pounds because I buyed from this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I HAD AN IPAD BEFORE THE PURCHASE OF MY RECONDITIONED APPLEMAC PRO. I AM WORKING OUT THEFINER POINTS OF STORAGE ETC. I AM LOVING IT AND I COULD NOT HAVE AFFORDED A NEW ONE. IT IS A GREAT RELIEF TO HAVE THIS FOR TAX RETURNS, DOCUMENT STORAGE AND WRITING ETC FOR INDEED PROFESSIONAL USE.I ONLY HOPE THAT THE GUARANTEE ARRIVED. IT WAS NOT QUITE CLEAR AT THE TIME THAT IT HAD BEEN REGISTERED. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IT INSURED FOR SURCHARGE DAMAGE. ANY IDEAS HOW THIS CAN BE DONE. DO GET IN TOUCH ABOUT GUARANTEE AND INSURANCE.

Beautiful product
Loved it, had to return it due to the fact that you can't download office onto it or word as it is an old model. Other than that it was beautiful and it came very quick. I am awaiting a refund

Very pleased.
Just about in perfect condition, works really well and looks great. Ideal for surfing the web, email etc, also good for YouTube and for writing out documents letters and the like. Works great with MacosX Big Sur. arrived in a couple of days, very pleased with it so far.

Good while it lasted…
I was happy with the Mac but it died yesterday after just having it over a year. Took it to an authorized repair place and they said the graphics card had gone and that apple no longer make it, so effectively I now have a rather expensive albeit attractive door stop
