Items arrived promptly and in good condition. I've already used it once for processing my bees wax and honey. Now to find a place to store it! Lol

I bought the 20 quart to use to make homemade cheese. The quality is exceptional. The handles are welded and strong. The pots are both very well made and heavy duty. The only drawback with the 20 quart is that it is so tall when assembled that it is very close to the over-the-range microwave so stirring will be more difficult. I will definitely be buying a smaller size too.

After reading some of the negative reviews of people who have purchased used items, I was a bit leery of ordering this. With amazon's 30 day return policy I decided to go ahead and give it a shot. Other than some minor burnishing on a very small spot on the outside from something rubbing against it there is no indication that this is not new. it was listed as Used - Good. Quite the understatement. I needed a non-aluminum commercial double boiler that can go through a commercial chlorine dishwasher which eliminated anything aluminum. This is a very sturdy and well made pot. I would not hesitate to buy one new for the full price.

Wow! Beautiful!!!! A nice thick metal that should last a lifetime if taken care of. I definitely would recommend this to everyone.
