This product surprised me. When my wife bought this, I didn't think it was a good buy. When it came and we first used it though, I found this to do its job very well. Nice ground meat, easy to disassemble, clean and put back together. Will definitely suggest to anyone looking to buy one.Only drawback was that a little bit (maybe 20gms) of meat will be left unground. It will be stuck between the blades, shredded a bit, but not minced, and you can't add that to your ground meat, I threw mine out.

Iam writing this review after 1.5yrs . I have used this product for only three times and its so bad, it donot solve the purpose at all .mutton get stick in its blade,as blade is so blunt that it donot chops the muttonWaste of money. please donot buy this product

Third class product got the replacement for the broken unit shipped to me today and that's missing cutting plates n blades.. Motor is claimed to be of 2000 watts but the unit weight is equivalent to a toaster

Frist of all packing was great . The product is working properly. Attachments are easy to open and clean after use . The meat also grind properly.I gave it three star because body is of plastic and after continues use it start heating.
