This case is well-made and elegant. My only complaint was with the film covering the on/off button which sometimes made the fingerprint recognition unreliable. Since I don't plan to use my phone underwater, I removed the film. I take my phone with me when I go running, so the case protects against rain and perspiration. I loop the included lanyard around my wrist when running to prevent accidental drops. Works great, I highly recommend this case.

very strong case, biggest downsides is it inhibits the speaker to be fully outputted. But this comes with the terrain being a water resistant, shock, etc. As well as the fingerprint reader being less responsive, but again. Comes with the terrain.

The good:Waterproof, high clarity on both the screen protector and camera cover, nice appearance, phone calls seem to work fine as long as they aren't on speakerphone, can still hear all speakers fine, buttons are fine to press, the whole phone is covered.The bad:Camera flash causes the pictures to wash out to the point where they aren't even useful, speakerphone has a bad echo that only the other person can hear, ports are very hard to open (hopefully they'll loosen a little over time), fingerprint sensor requires a little harder of a push to work (I had to re-fingerprint myself for it to work at all).It works for my needs. The pros outweigh the cons, but it depends on your needs.

First off, it works under water, but the buttons get pressed constantly because water's conductive. The real reason I'm writing this review is the damn thing is a tank. I had a feeling it was going to be something well more than I needed but with being waterproof, it's good for my job. Then I forgot it on the roof of my car and drove off. We hear a clank and I see a black item bounce on the road, thinking it's a piece of hose from a car. My wife looks at me and says "Where's your phone?" Uh, hm. We pull over and walk back. Sure enough about 1000 feet it's on the floor, works fine, and the case barely looked like it had been dropped from three feet high onto blacktop. This case is a monster. It's not the most sleek or portable, or glidy so it slides into a pocket smooth, but it'll keep your phone safe as houses. If you spend time working near the ocean, hiking, hell even river rafting, this'll work fine.

This case fits the phone perfectly, but, because its waterproof it covers just about every hole. That includes speakers and microphone. Whenever I put my phone on speaker during a call, I'm unable to be heard. When I'm not on speaker, the person I'm talking to can hear their echo. It does protect the phone pretty well from falls and I haven't really tested the waterproof feature. The fingerprint function is only good if you take the protector off of it. I'm currently looking for a new case.

Only had it a few days but, so far... a very nice case; my only regret was mistaking the membrane over the fingerprint reader as the film you have to peel off the rest of the glass. I mean, maybe I should have looked for that, but I did not notice it when picking the case or putting it on.Another thing... the headphone and USB port/power plug covers are a pain to get off. So much so that you may think the case to be defective and the plastic/rubber to be fused together. Rest assured, you are fine, and it's actually a good thing because that's how you know debris or moisture is less likely to get in there. The case, itself seems alright. The lines are clean, and it does a good job of showing off the color of the phone (iridescent white)... doing alright resisting scratches. I dropped it once (waist height onto a laminate floor at a restaraunt) , and there doesn't even appear to be damage to the case or anything. I gave it a 5 star because, knowing what in know now, I'd get another.

I really liked the sleek look and the claims of protection from falls. The price was really good. Then I tried to use it. The install was pretty easy. But the screen barely picked up my touch. Near the edges it was all but non functional. I took the case off and reinstalled. It was no better the second time around.Big fail on this item. After 5 minutes, I took it off and tossed it. Won't even try to get my money back, not worth my time. Sometimes trying an unheard of brand can yield a great find. This wasn't that time.

My Samsung Galaxy S10E is still intact and alive because of this case. I don't go swimming with my phone so I can't comment on how waterproof the case is. And yes, the hearing and speaking are affected negatively by the tightness of the case.I gave this case 5 stars because I have dropped my phone nth times and to my happy surprise, my phone survived each fall because of the case. No cracked screen. Totally fine. Take today for example. I was talking on my phone, holding it between my shoulder and chin, when it dropped right on my ceramic tiled floor. No problem! My phone survived!
