An Embarrassment
Very shallow "engraving", can barely feel it. Packaging was shockingly bad. Overall the item looks like it cost £7. I took the pendant off the chain and put it on my car keys rather than give it to my wife. Can't get worse than this. £10 at Argos would get you something better than this.
