Puritans Pride Natural Pineapple Enzyme Bromelain Caplets, 120 Count

This is a pineapple enzyme that prevents bruising.

This Brand works really good!!! I use for arthritis in hands but a good side effect is it really clears out your sinuses and helps with allergies. I rarely have to take my allergy meds when I take this. Sent wrong strength though.

The pills are not the same shape and size as pictured much larger. Not round.

The Ingredient List here on Amazon doesn’t match what’s on the bottle. On the bottle, it reveals that it contains Maltodextrin, which has a higher glycemic index than sugar and spikes your blood sugar higher than anything. I avoid maltodextrin like the plague because it makes my inflammation worse. What a shame they added it to this product.

Brusing

Used to decrease bruising after surgery. It did.

The seller put a sticky label over the expiration date and when I pulled it off, so came any information. I suspect these are out of date or soon to be.

The taste is horrible!!!!
