The best serum I've ever used
I've actually been using this serum for over a year now. I went to my dermatologist last year as a 30 year old with constant breakouts. She put me on a protocol consisting of cutting out every other cleanser, serum, or lotion. I cut out cow dairy and cacao (chocolate), and started cleansing my face with just a baby wash cloth and water and using this serum. Also it's important to note I have sensitive skin, so my derm said other products will be too harsh or too much for my skin. This serum is GREAT for sensitive skin. It has shrunk my pores, even my texture and color out and helped with my breakouts. I know now personally my breakouts are more connected to my hormones and my food, but I just love the results of my skin using this serum. If you have sensitive skin, I can speak for it - it's great!

The serum is good for better texture and fine lines!
I've used the serum only at night for two weeks. I use the serum with dermapen (0.25 every two days) and microdermabrasion (every four days) for better penetration. Now I can see the difference! I have cystic acne occasionally, atrophic scars, discolorations caused by acne and the sun, and large pores on cheeks. Some of scars and discolorations have been diminishing visibly, and my skin texture has improved. It also helps to speed up healing time after having cystic acne, and less scary marks. But I don't see any change on white zits.I'm very satisfied so I decided to use this serum for a while, though it's pricey. It's worth it!I will update my result after one month use.***Update after one month useMy skin looks growing. The texture looks better and better. But it doesn’t help fixing atrophic scars much and brown spots( aging or sundamage) perfectly.I don’t know it’s because of the serum, but I have more white zits than before, though they fade away quickly. Tiny fine lines have been disappearing.

Works GREAT on fine lines
I was never one for moisturizers or facial products because I had adult acne and everything made me break out. At 58 I really wanted something for wrinkles around the eyes, forehead, lip area. I first tried the Factor five Eye Serum and was so impressed I got the Face Serum! This is not a moisturizer. Its a fine line and wrinkle reducer and all around skin helper. Factor Five makes a creme which would be the moisturizer but this is a FIXER and its great albeit expensive.

It works!
I have been using this product for about a year. I have seen a noticeable improvement in loose neck skin and under eyes. Yes, it’s expensive, but worth the cost IMO.

Poor quality and burns skin
I have been using NovoVie (forrmerly Novo Solutions) face and eye serums for several years. Their productss give you glowing, radiant skin. The human growth factor is derived from umbilical cord. I thought I would try another brand. I tested the serum on the inside of my elbow, which immediately began to burn. There is no way I am trying it on my face, which is even more sensitive. The serum is very thin. The plastic container is cheaply made and comes apart very easily. The NoveVie containers have the same design but are much sturdier. As soon as I get the eye serum, I am returning it. I am going back to NovoVie.

Quality Serum with Human Stem Cells
As soon as I got this product I thought what the heck was I thinking when I ordered this. This contains human stem cells. Where did they come from. And do I really want to slap them on my face? So I did some research. I found that the stem cells were from fat cells harvested from liposuction. The companies website says the product is made in the USA with ethically derived adult stem cells. Ok that made me feel better. I did some checking and found that several other companies were making stem cell products and the science was cutting edge. So I decided to give it a try.The human growth factor and other ingredients in the products are supposed to help with the appearance of aging benefiting everything from brown spots to wrinkles to redness to texture and more. The serum comes boxed. Each container has a little tab to pull off that prevents the product from accidentally dispersing. Just a few drops easily covered my entire face. After application my skin felt good. The product absorbed quickly and my skin felt nice. My skin was ready for the next steps - the face and eye creams (which I have also reviewed). At this point it’s early to see results but I plan to stick with the serum, cream and eye cream products in the line. I will update my review if and when I do see results. I did decide to go with a four star rating because though I really like it, the price point is high. But if results come I will upgrade my star rating. The ingredients list is not on the product page but I found them online and ran them through a cosmetic checker. I have posted them below. Except for fragrance they were all very safe. There was only one potential fungal acne causing ingredient which is very low for a cosmetic. I am super stoked to see how my skin does over time.Ingredients list: Human Stem Cell Conditioned Media, Water (Aqua), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycerin, Niacinamide, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, PEG-8/Smdi Copolymer, Bis (Tripeptide-1) Copper Acetate, Acetyl Octapeptide-3, Acmella Oleracea Extract, Lecithin, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Xanthan Gum, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-37, Citric Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Disodium EDTA, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Polysorbate 20, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin

Great product but bad packaging
Three stars for the container only! This is a great product with a faulty dispenser. I really liked the product. I used it all and it lasted a couple of months. But I would have thought I had used it all up in a week if I hadn’t noticed that the dispenser is a tube within a tube and uses vacuum to pump the product out. When I cut open the outer tube I could see plenty of product still left. Apparently the vacuum pump had failed and would no longer dispense. I put the remaining product in another container and continued using it. I hope the manufacturer updates the dispenser design.
