Works well
This device works perfectly to pick up leaves and other debris on the floor of the pool. Suction is a function of your filter pump, so this rating is blank. Most pumps give excellent suction. I especially appreciate the rollers on the bottom and the fact that the suction opening is held a short distance above the pool liner to avoid drawing down tightly to the liner. I have had other vacuum heads that have done that. This item has held up beautifully this season with the hardware in excellent condition. This head has no brushes attached, but efficiently removes leaves and debris.

Fast, convenient, good build quality, works great
This thing is awesome. I had a triangle style rigid plastic vacuum that I bought at a local pool store for $10 more than I paid for this and have used for a decade. Suction on the pool pump at my new house is much stronger and I broke the clips trying to pull it off the floor. 5 minutes after trying this out I took the old one and violently threw it in the trash can. I can't believe I wasted so many hours with that piece of crap. This one is so much faster to use, more convenient, conforms nicely to the shape of the floor and bends in my pool. I vacuumed my whole pool in <5 minutes.

Now after 5 years it died.
Purchased in April of 2017. The plastic must not be UV proof as it has become brittle. If it had not been knocked down it would still be serviceable. After use wash it to remove chlorine and keep it out of the sun and dry. I think if I had done that it would be good for several more years. I am very satisfied with the use I got from it.

Perfect for our Doughboy Above Ground Pool
We bought this because the Kreepy Krauly E2 vaccum we bought originally is great for picking up dirt particles, but would not get leaves or small sticks. I like this vacuum head because it fit our existing hose system and doesn't have any brushes on it, so it didn't kick up the debris before it had a chance to suction it up.The flow is great, but I guess that really depends on your filter system. Ours is pretty strong. It gets everything we run it over side-to-side and doesn't miss anything. My only tiny complaint is that it doesn't turn easily without picking it up because the wheels only go front to back. But that's a very small issue and we love this item otherwise. Great buy for a good price.

Fabulous! (Rectangular fiberglass pool with bench steps)
This is by far the easiest and “suckiest” vacuum head I have Purchased. I waited six weeks to write a review because I wanted to see if it consistently cleaned my pool. It did, and I would not hesitate to buy it again. It is easy to maneuver...even my 8 year old grand daughter has no problem moving it. As a senior citizen (lol) I appreciate not struggling and hurting my back to move the vac. The con is that large leaves are difficult to pick up, however I have had NO vac that has picked them up. It DOES pick up small seeds, leaves, worms and spiders easily. It picks up in the deep end corners, but I occasionally need to take the head off and vac near the steps. This vac gets an A+!

Who knew a vacuum head could make so much difference??
So I've had a small (15 ft round) above ground pool for about 12 years now. I've gone through several vacuum heads over the years, but they've pretty much all been the same head - that triangular or rectangular one you get at the pool supply store with a row or two of bristles on it that costs about 15 bucks. Standard issue. I've developed a "hose dance" over the years to get the hose exactly right so I'm not directionaly fighting it where the vacuum head is constantly lifting off the bottom of the pool when I draw it backwards. I never considered a better vacuum head could completely change my view of pool maintenance - but wow does it! This thing is WAY heavier and STAYS on the bottom of the pool. It's so much easier and faster to vacuum my pool now. I was skeptical that the wider width would do anything, since the hole in the middle is still the same and that's where the suction is - but I was pleasantly surprised. It does clean a wider swath. Also, the bottom of my pool is no longer perfectly flat and smooth - it has some divets here and there, especially around the edge - and the flexible head does a way better job of handing the uneven parts. I've been using this for about 6 weeks now, and for anyone who is fighting their hose with a $12 standard issue head, I say ORDER THIS NOW!

Easy to use, very low suction power
This vacuum was easy to assemble, and it was easy to use. However, it picked up little to no debris from the pool floor. Even when I vacuumed multiple times a day, it still wouldn't pick up debris very well. I thought maybe there was an issue with the strength of my pool motor, but I've since switched to a different vacuum, and it vacuums very nicely. The price is very cheap, which is nice, but it doesn't really deliver results. I gave this 3 stars, because the price is so cheap compared to other vacuums; it's nice to have a value-priced product out there. However, don't expect strong results.

Works Well!
We received this vacuum head today and I couldn't wait to try it. This head replaced a "brush type" that we have been using for the last 5 years. I wish we would have purchased this one sooner! It was so easy to push around the pool and sucked up all the little bugs on the bottom, as well as the bugs sticking to the side walls (we live in southern Florida). The vacuum head is flexible and the wheels make it a breeze to use. I was done vacuuming the pool in no time!
