It seems to be working fine, but Dell has an automatic program that wanted to update the BIOS. The refurb company should have done that, since it was only refurbished 1 week before I received it.

The motherboard had a failure, contacted skytech and they had a replacement computer to me in 2 days. Great service

SSD died after ten months of use. Otherwise, a fabulous computer. Unfortunately, tech support was not able to help. Warranty is only valid for 90 days.

I had this PC for 24 hours and then it died. When I press the on button, the PC beeps, while the CD-Rom and SSD lights flash. The PC doesn't turn on. It just continues beeping and flashing. Thankfully Amazon has a 90 day warranty on refurbished PCs. I don't know if I'm just unlucky. This is the second refurbished PC I bought. The first Dell I bought lasted 30 days and then I got the "black screen of death". I figured it was just bad luck so I bought this PC next. This PC lasted just 24 hours. I don't think I'm going to buy a refurbished PC again even though it pains me to pay full price at Dell.com.

The device is in good shape, no visible damage, up to date firmware. The hard drive is cheap, but that’s fine for this type of device.Measured 17 watts of consumption idle in Windows or Linux.

I didn't expect "like new" to be quite so literal.It's a "renewed", so I expected *some* signs of a prior life, but it's super clean inside and out.Impressive, really!

Came by UPS, bought this referbished computer for my daughter, as her friend got the same one. First off... Right out of the box, after I unwrapped it there is a big dent in it. As shown in my photos. I know it's not a new unit, but at least you shouldn't send a damaged one.She was to excited and wanted to set it up, hoping it works ok.So far it's been an hour and it seems to be ok. Came with a keyboard and new mouse as well, didn't say that came with it, which was nice. It comes with an adapter for Bluetooth capability as well.Hoping it works out for her as I can't afford to buy another one.I would return it for another one, but she says it's ok. Like I said earlier you should send a damaged unit like that. That's why I only gave 4 stars. I will call the number on the card on Monday. A week of using the this it started a blue screen issue, restarting, a few times a day. Contacted the seller about both the rented unit and the issue.Update.... Contacted the seller about the damaged unit, seems the box was dropped at some point, see the box photo. They contacted me quickly and offered a replacement unit. Two day later it was at my door. (Last two photos) New one.I returned the other one. Hoping there will be no issues with this one.Great customer service, Thank you Daniel E for your help
