Great Bundle !!!!!
First off I must say, this bundle includes a CHARGER CASE which is a GREAT DEAL, since when you buy them separately (earpiece & charger case) you will end up paying more.I have only had this item for a short while, so here is the review that I can give thus far.Regarding the headset, this is a great headset and I am very happy with it. It has lived up to all of the claims as far as working in noisy environments. I have tried it on bustling streets, and near loud vehicles the sound quality is great. If your phone rings and you pick up the ear piece and put it into place it answers the call. If you are wearing the ear piece and a call comes in, it tells you who is calling and gives you the options of taking or rejecting the call. The thing is comfortable, it’s light and I don't notice it is on my ear quite a bit. I wear glasses with it, no problem at all.Regarding the charger case, this cute, sleek, easy to carry charger is a must have. It works great. It gives you the option to charge on the fly, while giving you super long battery life. This charger case will also protect your headset while charging it for several times. There are two lights that blink different colors to let you know if either the headset or the charger case needs to be recharged. Meanwhile I’ve carried the case wherever I go.All in all I would say Plantronics truly delivered on this product.

Excellent Headet - Beware of Actual Unit Package/Contents and Age
Excellent headset, purchased this one after my last lost audio quality (3 years old and dropped a few times). Problem was this package was sold as combined unit with headset, case in one package - they arrived separately. Not much of a big deal however, the combined package would have also come with their USB cable with the small adapter on it (unit did come with a USB cable to attach to headset). The USB cable with attachment allows you to have one cable and use to charge the case, or put adapter on to charge headset separate. This USB/adapter is an additional $10 if purchased separate. That's when I noticed the overall packaging and the date code. Date code on the package is normal 2 digit month/2 digit year, so nothing speical to decode. While the product was sold as new and appeared to be 'new' according to the date code it was over 2.5 years old (almost as old as the unit I was replacing). Weird because a friend had recently purchased same from Amazon and gotten the combined package and a unit that was only a couple months old.Attempted to repurchase and found several vendors, all claiming to have the same 'combined package'- I contacted several vendors, they claimed to not know about the combined package w/ USB cord/adapter and also claimed to not know about a date code.Amazon graciously allowed me to return this product, however because I did not want to repeatedly mess around with date codes, packaging, etc. and was leaving for a trip soon, I was forced to purchase at a local brick-n-mortar store.Again - Best headset and noise cancelling is better than anything else. Just don't drop unit as this will over time cause issues with the 3 sensitive mics

Great Bluetooth hands free device
Just got this a couple of days ago. So far I love it. I got this because of the new hands off driving laws popping up in the states I drive. I gave up on bluetooth headsets a long time ago because they never seemed to be charged when I needed them due to poor charge retention. I think the idea of the charge case is great and should help to maintain a charge.I've used the earpiece for calls and played music through it while walking around a store. It all works very well. The next test will be a work conference call while driving down the highway :-) It's light and very comfortable. I don't really like things in my ears. The Earpiece holds it right on the opening and I don't really notice it at all. I've had it on for a couple of hours straight now and had no irritation in the ear or behind it. People say it sounds good. Unlike some devices, all sounds your phone creates can come through the earpiece: music, phone, my waze app, etc :-)The charging case works well. However, you need to push the headset in the direction of the magnetic charger to get a good connection for it to charge. The downside is that bouncing around inside a bag will probably not maintain the connection to get a charge. Putting it on the car seat next to you or your desk should work just fine, but it's not going to be charged by throwing it in a backpack or purse. Also, the case indicator light for the headset blinks indicating a full charge even if the headset is not in the case, or not properly set against the magnetic connection. This will give a false indicator that it has charged when it hasn't. The case earpiece charge light really should not work if it's not connected and that is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars as well as the loose connection. If the earpiece is connected correctly to the magnetic charge connection, after the initial "everything blinks" just the earpiece light will blink every 30 secs or so while it is charging until complete. It does seem to charge quickly.Base on other reviews, I also bought a spare charge cable with adapter. Some review stated the charge cord that came with it was very short. Maybe that was an older configuration because the default cored that came with this was about 20 inches long, plenty long. Along with the earpiece and charge case you get an approx 20 inch microUSB cord and the proprietary adapter plus various ear adapters. You need to use the cable and adapter with your computer (PC or Mac, I have Macs) to download and update the firmware. The instructions advise you to update it before first use and there was an update waiting when I did mine. You go to the website, download a small program, then install and run the program to determine if you need a firmware update and to perform the update if needed.
