Cake Boss Novelty Nonstick Bakeware 12-Cup Molded Braid Cookie Pan, Gray

I had bought this heart shaped cookie pan to make heart shaped brownies for my son's wedding in which I dusted each one with powdered sugar and sprinkled them with pink sprinkles. I was so happy to find this pan by the cake boss on line since I had gone locally to many stores and couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. The brownies came out perfectly and did not stick at all and came out individually as nicely shaped hearts! Thank you cake boss for helping me to make a beautiful presentation at my son's dessert reception! My co-workers have asked to use this unique pan and decided that they may buy one or even two like I did. I would definitely recommend this pan for any type of application for baking whether it be cookies, brownies or even little heart shaped cakes ! :)

I used these the day I got them. I was worried about the corners of the stars, wondering if my brownies would come out intact, and they did. As a teacher, these are great for rewards! AMAZING FOR BROWNIES. People who like the crunchier part, will definitely like this one, as the edges of the star come out crunchy, but not too crunchy, with a soft middle. What I also like about it is that they ARE shallow, and the brownies are just the right amount. I will have to try other cookies... I would say it is worth it just for the brownies. Two of these is enough for one box of brownie mix.

I used this pan to making brownies for my son to celebrate an accomplishment. I sprayed the cavities with non-stick coating, put some brownie batter in each and a mini peanut butter cup covered with another dollop of batter, they came out beautifully - tasty with a peanut butter surpriseinside!

I bought this to make Christmas cookies in. Sprayed the pay with nonstick spray and the cookies came out perfectly and so attractive. I am very happy with this purchase and felt the price was fair.

Love this star pan. I have been making star brownies just to see the star shape. The quality is great as well.

Ok, so the pan itself is excellent quality. Non-stick, sturdy...everything you could ask for in a pan. However, I was under the impression that it would be suitable for cupcakes. It is not. At least not for traditional cupcakes. The stars are shallow and would be much better suited for brownies or cookies. I guess I should have realized when the description said 'cookie pan'...but I didnt notice because I typed 'star cupcake pan' in the search bar.

The cookies aren't as easy to get out of the pan as I would like, but they are cute when they come out.
