Bought it to seal out front porch brick stairs, it's been 2 years and still looking good, especially in the south with red dirt. Washes off dirt easier.

We used this to seal the bricks on our brick house, then we used it on our concrete areas, then decided to try it on our pavers...worked great on all.

Like the spray application, but get more than you think you’ll need. Several coats works best for a good seal

I applied these to my external brick stair case after finding black mold form in my closet behind it. I simply used a spray bottle by hand. It worked great, easy to apply. After having this applied, whenever it rains, I compare my stairs to my neighbor and I definitely notice my brick stairs absorb less moisture from rain.The hardest part was the prep work, to remove all the algae and scum off the bricks and stair steps before applying. I didn't have a power washer, and did most of it with a brush attached to a drill.

I was skeptical about this product. I followed the instructions. The brick is no longer chipping off.

The product arrived without a spray top so I cannot use until I go out and but a spray bottle. It says it comes in a spray bottle. That is the reason I purchased it.

I ordered sealer to treat my chimney brick. It was supposed to be 32 oz. , but jug felt a little light. I wonder if it was a return or had been used slightly. I used it all and time will tell if it lasts. It seemed like good stuff. It went on easily.

I recommend this product. I used it and since I used this product I have noticed a change in the bricks on my front steps. They usually hold a lot of water puddles but after using this product, the rain water just beads up and rolls off the bricks. It really does work. I am very pleased with this product.
