Durable but heavy but not as heavy as cast iron
Let me tell you that I have been using this cookware for a year now and let me preface this by admitting I still have an old coil burner stove top (stop snickering) which I used stainless steel NON stick for 20 years. It was time for an updated replacement. Before spending a lot of money, I purchased different kinds of cookware pieces to try them out. For instance, non stick cast iron, hard anodized, plain stainless, and stuff like Tfal. I demand stay cool handles (if you have ever burned your hand on a lid, you understand). Hated them all! Too heavy, unbalanced, food stuck regardless, outside stained (especially true with hard anodized) blah blah blah. So I decided to go back to non stick stainless and it was a struggle to find what I wanted until I decided on this set. I was scared at first when I purchased the 2 qt with lid and saw the circles on the bottom thinking "this is going to stick" but it did not. The sauce pans have a pouring spout and I was again doubting they would work properly when you need a tight fitting lid for things like rice-I was wrong. It cooks perfectly. They are well balanced, durable and will take a beating, have stay cool handles, oven safe up to 400, non stick, and clean up is a breeze (in my opinion you should never have to put non stick cookware in the dishwasher). Let me point out that the 1 QT saucepan and 11 1/2" skillet do not have lids but I just saved the ones from my old set and they fit perfectly. If you are a non stick stainless freak like I am I highly recommend this set. BTW on occasion I have used used my metal cooking utensils and has not hurt a thing. After a year, the exterior still looks really good.

I only look for Circulon products
I have used a couple sets of Circulon cookware now. I stick with them, as opposed to Costco or grocery store sold sets of cookware. I have both the larger oyster grey colored set from Circulon, as well as this stainless steel set. Both work well. Just a heads up though that this stainless steel set is slightly smaller than my other set from Circulon, but it is a good thing because I’ve lived in multiple different places over the years & some buildings have smaller stoves & kitchens in general, etc. This one is great on storage space & can fit 4 of the items on a smaller stove top. So depending on where I’m at, I have cookware to use for various kitchen appliance sizing.

Circulon Cookware is the best
I love the Circulon Brand for cooking on electric stoves. With minimal oil they are non-stick w/o that horrible nonstick coating that other pans have. I love that I can use metal utinsils to cook using these pans. I don't like using wooden spoons and spatulas.Would definitly recommend; especially for electic stoves with the raised burners. Have not used them on flat tops so cannot speak on it.

Buy this set you won’t be sorry l
I searched for a set like this for a decent price for quite a while, I had a Circulon pan that I needed to replace it was probably 30 years old. These sets are made to last

Great set. Great value.
I was worried because even the most expensive pans have a lot of negative reviews, but after reading the reviews for these, I decided to take a chance. The pans are beautiful, beautifully made, great design, great weight, nothing sticks and they clean easily. I love the see through lids, and all the handles don't get too hot. They seem to be very durable. I haven't used all of them yet, but have put a few through their paces. I am careful not to scratch them, keep the heat a medium or below, and I clean them by hand since it is so easy. I hope they hold up over time. I am really happy with them, would recommend them, and buy them again.

Good cooking but poor set contents
This is a nice set of pans, and cooks well on an induction stove. But, it only comes with one regular saucepan and a small saucepan with no lid. Yet, it has 4 fry pans (3 rounded and 1 deeper one)! Most people need at least 3 saucepans (this set does not included a 3 qt. pan) and probably only 2-3 fry pans. Also, there are only 2 lid sizes. Three that are the same size and one smaller one. It would have been better to get 2 of the bigger lids and 1 small and 1 medium lid. The bigger ones can be shared among several pans, so no need to give us one for each same size pan. I bought this set over the Genesis set because it has handles that don't get hot. But the Genesis set has a better assortment of pans (and the small one has a lid!).To sum up, I think these pans are great (non-stick, easy-clean, induction suitable, cool handles, and attractive). I just wish the set was more functional. Be sure you know what you are getting in this set before you buy (the picture shows everything). You can buy separate extra pans, but the prices are very high. If you like a lot of fry pans, or don't need a whole set for induction cooking, then this set would be great for you!

Good quality
Well made, looking forward to them lasting as long as my previous set of Circulon pans

Great set. Excellent value.
I'm an avid cook and my last set of pans were a fairly cheap set of lagostina from Costco. I bought the Circulon after doing about a month's worth of research. I'm quite happy with my choice. The one thing I noticed about them with the exception of the fry pans are the pots were rather small although they were taller. This does two things. When the lids aren't on, they tend not to get so much spatter on the stove top. Secondly, they take longer to boil water. The difference is negligible. I prefer not to have so much splash.I also purchased a Circulon saute pan with much deeper sides and 3 and 1/2 quart pan with the draining lid. I now have 15 pieces. I couldn't get the saute pan in the same stainless steel so I got it in the anodized Gray. Surprisingly the stainless steel pans are heavier than the anodized.I use them everyday and for the price point they are terrific. They really do wash up easily. I always wash pots and pans and knives by hand so having them dishwasher safe wasn't important to me. Because of this I'm expecting long life out of them. The see-through lids are a nice option. The lids have a fold-over lip that lets them seat nicely in the pans but can be problematic when cleaning as oils and spatter time to build up in the lipThe price was reasonable and overall I'm happy with the purchase

Bien
