I decided to upgrade to these batteries for our 2 year old Signature XV. Worked the first time, but then wouldn't charge up, displaying 'battery issue 0002', as has been described by others, and the light was orange rather than green. The seller sent instructions on how to reprogram the robot to accept the new battery, which looked a bit daunting but - when I had managed to find out how to download the relevant files (very easy, but I couldn't initially see the download button!) - it was very straightforward. The robot is now working like new, and charging up fine. I must say that Tina, from Baoshang, has been exceptionally patient and helpful on the emails even when I was asking what must have sounded like really silly questions, and answering emails at weekends, so thank you very much Tina!

These batteries worked without having to reconfigure my Neato to accept these as usually that is the case when changing from a NiMh battery to a Li-ion battery.

Very impressed so far. Arrived promptly and is exactly the same footprint as the original batteries.You do need to modify Neato's software to work on li-ion batteries, but I followed the instructions given by Joe P. In the customer questions and after a bit of a search for a Neato USB driver I easily modified the software for li-ion batteries in about 15 minutes without any problems.I have not given any stars for battery life as I have only just fitted them. My Neato is coming up to 8 year's old and have always replaced the batteries and brush every year with genuine Neato spares. Unfortunately because he's getting old, the price of genuine spares is becoming too costly. I was looking for a replacement and found these. The Amazon page provides good information on battery data and I was eager to try li-ion as even with genuine Neato batteries, I would only get 6 months of continuous use before he would need to start returning for charging on a cleaning routine.These batteries are only a few pounds more than I was paying for the genuine ones and because are li-ion should last much longer and not suffer from the memory problems of ni-mh batteries.Neato has just finished a cleaning routine with new brush and batteries and is like new again. Because the software has been modified, there are no battery warnings as mentioned by some customers.I will update the review at a later date after I have seen the performance after a few months.Update May 2022These batteries have now been going for over a year and are still working good. Neato can still do a complete clean without recharging. I'm really pleased and so is Neato, who is 10 this year. Really pleased to see these batteries are still on Amazon. The company who have made these have really made a quality product.

I used this product in my Neato robot vacuum because in the very product description it says it would work for it. However Neato vacuums use Ni-MH batteries not lithium so this was a total waste of money and just gave me a vacuum that beeps at me all the time for a low battery. Strongly urge you to check the battery type before purchasing!

I have a 7yr old Neato XV Signature that had essentially stopped working with replacement NiMH third party batteries that I installed a couple of years ago. I found the battery life to have become very short (a few minutes) and kept seeing a 0002 battery error. Troubleshooting did not work.I am pleased to say that these batteries seem to have solved the issue completely. I can now get 45mins+ from Neato and this might improve further after a few charging cycles. The seller (Tina) helpfully sent through instructions for how to reset the software of the robot to accept the batteries but, for some reason, my unit seems to have accepted these lithium ion batteries without needing to do that.Given that I had almost given up on my old Neato, these batteries have definitely proven to be worth the money and have given the robot a new lease of life.

I have bought these battery replacement for my neato xv11. Unfortunately, since I installed it, every couple days I receive the same message: Please press OKAY to restart. Battery Issue (0002). Should I return the battery or is there anything I can do to fox it ?

Our botvac needed to keep going back to charge even after a short time cleaning, so I realised a new battery was needed. when I saw these batteries advertised I really wanted to buy them but I saw some comments about needing to upgrade the botvac software to accept these batteries. I contacted the seller (Tina was very helpful) before buying and they told me how to do it so I had a go at it before committing to purchase. to be honest it took me about a week of going back to it and working it out but believe me I am not at all tech savvy and I managed to do it. I then bought the batteries and the pay off is that the cleaner runs better than it ever did and for longer. Just as a side issue if you have one of these legacy xv’s quite a lot can be fixed. I was determined that it wouldn’t end up in landfill and so far have replaced the brush belt, lcd display and disabled the dirt bin open sensor. If you look on youtube there is loads of info and once you open it up its quite obvious which bits are what (a bit like cars in the old days !) if anyone in the family loves to tinker or a young person interested in this sort of tech then its a great project and at the end you have a great device for cleaning.

Ich habe mich für dieses Produkt entschieden, weil ich die Originalbatterien jeweils nach einem halben Jahr tauschen musste.Ich war anfangs skeptisch bezüglich der Kompatibilität usw.Nach fast einem Jahr ziehe ich jedoch ein sehr positives Fazit und alles funktioniert noch einwandfrei.Klare Empfehlung gegenüber den originalen NIMH akkus.

Che dire vanno alla perfezione sono perfettamente compatibili e vanno molto meglio rispetto alle originali che ormai avevano qualche annetto.Detto questo ottima qualità e prezzo perfetto direi, ora il mio neato riesce a pulire l'appartamento di 147mq quasi con una ricarica direi ottimo veramente.

Très serviable, il n'hésite pas à vous apporter son aide, répond très rapidement, et en cas de dysfonctionnement avéré d'une batterie (ça peut arriver), procède immédiatement au remplacement et sans aucun problème. Et pour ceux qui ne seraient pas à l'aise avec l'anglais, il s'exprime parfaitement en français !Je recommande fortement !
