Will this fit a 2012 highlander limited?

Will this this a 2019 highlander le? any spare tire issues i should know about?

This worked fine on our 2019 limited highlander. I don't think the undercarriage is any different on the le. You will have to cut some of the undercarriage fairing at the back on the driver-side to make it fit right though. Overall this was an easy install and I believe I did it in under an hour. I did not put in a lighting harness though because we only intend to use this for a bike rack and luggage rack, no trailers at this point.

I have a 2013 highlander. I see one person had a problem with fit for that year. Anyone have good success putting it on 2013 highlander?
